Wandering around the streets of Perth, I thought the lighting was cool. Funny story, this was taken at the back of a hotel, and the manager came out and thought we were the health inspector. I had a hard time trying to explain how I was only interested in the back of their hotel for a photo for a class I was taking at Uni.

I never used it in my final assessment though, and it's remained in my drafts until now.

I've always had a deep passion for photography which has only been heightened over the past years while I've been studying. My favourite aspect of filmmaking is working as the director of photography, so I'm always around cameras! However, once I graduate, my goal is to continue to explore and pursue a career in portrait, experimental and fashion photography.

Experimentation with material one afternoon, wanted to generate some movement within my images. Do you think the second photo resembles a hat? Working with material can be fun and surprising!

Through The Looking Glass This series is inspired by the hallucinatory images conjured while high. A modern-day Alice experiencing the dream world, as she goes tripping down the rabbit hole.
