Deputy Perkins is an old school cop, unlike his friend Deputy Hoss. He's cocky and likes to flirt with younger girls. He really can't control himself when a hot girl walks by. Even if she's 16. He doesn't let a lot of people boss him around, he only lets his boss, Dewey Riley tell him what to do. He hopes that he'll get to be the sheriff someday. He usually works with Deputy Hoss. Sometimes they don't get along because Deputy Hoss is disgusted that Deputy Perkins is always flirting with girls. He's not married, he would rather stay single. If he was married, he would probably cheat on his wife.

When the crypt doors creak and the tombstones quake, Emma thought to herself as she hummed the catchy tune from the famous Disneyland ride while she was returning empty movie disk cases to the chipping white-painted shelves of the local video story she worked at which had also been the very place her dearly departed brother once worked when he was still in high school. Having worked her way up to management positioning didn't really give her much to boast about but it managed to pay her bills for now in this small, infamously famous town. Nothing much of anything ever happened around here and it would seem that when it finally did it was soaked in blood and wracked with fear - something that was enthralling to a girl like her but she never would have wished what had happened to any of the past victims on anyone even if it made things a bit less dull around here.

There had been another murder, a young girl as it always was at first. Whispers pervaded the town and everyone seemed to be holding their breath while the local police spouted off the usual drabble about how they were exploring all leads and that it appeared to be an isolated incident in order to keep people from panicking. Emma knew the very same thing that everyone else was thinking - that the police were lying and that with bated breath she hoped it wasn't all starting again. Poor little Woodsboro, nestled in the seemingly quiet and wholesome countryside of California - the little town that thought it could but was always sliced and diced.

Once upon a time there was a little girl who seemed drawn to everything that most little girls would run away from - that was Emma. With her last name somewhat infamous due to her brother's tragic death and horror fanatic legacy she would often play in her backyard, often alone, as Icahbod Crane fighting the good fight against the terrifying Headless Horseman or wielding a plastic knife from a Halloween store in one of her mother's old dresses and a prop wig as if she were Norman Bates himself while other girls were playing with dolls or having pretend tea parties she was never invited to. Emma was always seen as the weird girl with the bright smile and her nose constantly in a book - the subject matter always being of the grim nature or rattling off about any assortment of scary movies. She is quirky, witty and quite charismatic and charming. When things go 'bump' in the night, Emma bumps back as the new source of horror wisdom in Woodsboro.

“Welcome to Hall Pass 2.0 with Robbie Mercer,” he smiled at the camera held in front of his face. “Today, we… don’t have much going on.” He paused and thought for a moment. “I know it’s a bit disappointing, but not every day is grand and exciting in the town of Woodsboro, as much as you might think.” He lowered the camera and set it back on his head. Quickly, he started making his way through the halls of Woodsboro High. It was mostly empty. “You’re probably wondering where everyone is right now,” he spoke aloud to himself. “They’re all in class. I overslept this morning.” It occurred to him that maybe he should turn off the camera before any teachers without classes that period overheard his voice. Either way, he would be getting into trouble soon. He decided to leave it on. “Update status on the friends coming up. Charlie’s fine -- a bit overworked with being president of what will hopefully be the school’s largest afterschool club, but mostly alright. Jill and Kirby are still besties, never leaving each other alone. Olivia’s still hot.” Lightly, he ran his hand along the lockers as he passed by. There really hasn’t been much going on in his life recently. The Woodsboro Murders anniversary was coming up and his classmates, including himself, were excited – but that was pretty much it. It still beat being thrown around like a rag doll by the many jocks physically larger than him, though. He’d take boredom over bullying any day.

“Robbie Mercer!”

He paused and turned to see a stern looking woman standing at the end of the hallway, glaring him down. Robbie sighed and slowly reached a hand up to the camera to turn it off. “And this is where I leave you, viewers. Sorry. Tune in next time… whenever that may be.” Click.
