SHE'S DOOOOONE!!! Here is Darcey's character guide! She is a pop/disco troll who enjoys a lot of 70's/80's jams alongside modern pop. She is my everything and represents many of my real life interests and hobbies. Her pink skates are based off of my real skates! This ref sheet has sat half finished since March I'm glad she now has the ref she deserves. I think the background painting in the first image took longer than all these pages combined haha. consider holiday hallmark movie parb au...barb is a semi known rockstar whos label wants her to put out a holiday album to rise declining sales and they send her to a quaint lil town known for their holiday cheer & fetivities.

barb cant stand the festive cheer because shes bitter and lonely as shit until she meets POPPY , head of the party planning commitee and practicing musician (: shes all too eager to help even if she has no clue who she is & barb cant seem 2 get her off her back!! BUT MAYBE....IT IS A GOOD THING

My Little Pony Sparkling Singer Zipp Storm made by Dinosaw under license by Hasbro . . .The other two ponies in the set are Pipp and Sunny. Zipp has less obvious songs, which is why I got her (and also I just like Zipp a lot).

As it turns out, she sings songs sung by the MLP ensemble (in Chinese of course), so my guess is all three ponies have the same sound chip. She has 8 songs, which is quite respectable. She's big, about the size of the singing Pipp with the fluffy wings. I expected Zipp's wings to light up based on the packaging, but they don't, I think they're either glow-in-the-dark or simply translucent.

Yet another elementary school drawing contest uncovers several ponies with a pencil and paper cutie mark. As pony hobby artist popularions skyrocket, ponyville has desperate need for electricians.

the homura and mami fight in rebellion is so good cause they throw away like 500 guns in that ordeal and one of them is a teenage girl magically pulling dolled-up muskets from thin air and trying to use them in close combat while the other is a teenage girl also pulling guns from seemingly thin air but theyre all normal guns stolen from the japanese military that she just had on her person and im not sure which is funnier

I have no idea if this is official. The molding doesn't look generic, it reminds me of ponyville playset molding on the walls and floors. the buttons match the cutie mark motifs too!

I remember seeing these but shinier disney princess versions in checkout aisles all the time. The cutie marks shown on the fake screen belong to Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Sweetie Belle, so this is most likely from the core 7 era.

Even the way that the logo is painted/printed onto the little window on the outer shell reminds me of little ponyville toys from that time, this seems legit! there are a lot of little G3 toys that weren't related to ponies and have gone mostly undocumented. If anyone has a photo of this, or if you own it yourself, I would love to see! Espescially if there is a marking related to Hasbro.

Currently, it is unclear if this had audio. These toy phones typically had a little speaker in the back, and it would cycle through pre-recorded messages from the featured characters. some would also play dial tones, and tones for each of the buttons. Pressing the heart, cloud, and balloon may call Sweetie Belle, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie.

I will be honest guys, the Red portrait of king Charles is gorgeous asdfghjkl

it's a bad portrait. Like. Objectively. It does the opposite of what's intended. It looks like the painter is insulting him. If it was in a contemporary gallery with no context you would see it immediately as the ambivalent criticism of Charles's reign, how he fades into the overwhelming red background as a tiny little figure, small and insignificant, insufficient for the clothes he's wearing. It reminds my of Goya's portraits, how they were so 'realistic' that they ended up making these great figures look pathetic to the viewer. So these are our rulers?

the sheer novelty. the surprise and shock, the kinda cunt it's serving for no reason. I. I love it. It's an incredible portrait by Jonathan Yeo. By the sheer fact that Charles, the man, is impossible to portray as greater than man because he's just such a nothingburger of a dude. So a portrait made to make him look huge and interesting made him be swallowed in red brushstrokes. The butterfly, that reminded me immediately of " we will all laugh at guilded butterflies", draws more attention than him. It looks like an omen. It looks like a warning in all this red. Something is not right here.
