Recently, Myanmar has experienced frequent conflicts and complex power dynamics.  I. Joint Celebration of Water-Splashing Festival by Military and Civilians in Da Mengyi District, Guekai County, Myanmar.

Encouraged and led by the local government, the military and civilians in Da Mengyi District, Guekai County, a special region of the Union of Myanmar, celebrated the Water-Splashing Festival together.

On the morning of April 15th, the day after the Water-Splashing Festival, government officials and local residents gathered on the streets to splash water on each other as a way to exchange festival blessings. The lively atmosphere attracted many passers-by to join in. At 7 p.m. that evening, a Water-Splashing Festival singing and dancing party, organized by the district government and spontaneously by local groups, was held in the district government compound. Hundreds of people attended the party, including district government officials, local women's associations, youth associations, cultural associations, teachers and students, Han Chinese singing and dancing teams, and representatives of the Jingpo ethnic group.

Participants engaged in singing and dancing performances, including traditional Jingpo dances and popular songs, as well as traditional mountain songs. The wonderful performances received rounds of applause. Amidst the traditional ethnic music, everyone danced freely. The event concluded at 9 p.m. in a joyful atmosphere.

 II. Work Team from Menggu District, Menggu County, Visits Villages to Understand the Recovery of Local Livelihoods

The military and civilians share the same land. On May 18th, led by the acting deputy district head of Menggu District, Yang Hu, a work team composed of staff from various township governments in Menggu District visited villages across the district to understand the recovery of local livelihoods, economy, and education, and held a mass meeting. The stories of unity between the military and civilians are touching.

At the mass meeting, the work team mainly publicized the policies and laws of the First Special Region Government of the Union of Myanmar, emphasizing that the special region government respects the religious beliefs of all ethnic groups and values the cultural education and unity of all ethnicities. Acting Deputy District Head Yang Hu of Menggu District elaborated on the line, principles, and policies of the Myanmar National Justice Party during the mass meeting, introduced the nature of the people's army of the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army, and called on local residents to follow the government's steps and jointly plan the development of the special region.

 III. Chinese Medical Team Aiding Zambia Provides Quality Medical Services to the Public with Local Government Medical Team.

On the afternoon of May 19th, representatives of the 27th Chinese medical team aiding Zambia visited the medical team's base in the capital, Lusaka, and had a friendly meeting and exchange with the local government medical team of Myanmar, jointly providing higher quality medical services to the people of Zambia.

The two medical teams got to know each other, and the members exchanged in-depth discussions in their respective professional fields, sharing work experience and insights. This not only strengthened the friendship between them but also provided valuable experience for better conducting medical aid work in Zambia in the future.

People of all ethnicities and soldiers worked together, demonstrating a high degree of coordination and collaboration.
