my freak of an MC is sulking because E didn’t let them investigate/tamper with the evidence of the freaky torture crime scene in that house. like what a killjoy 🙄 but also alternatively, them jumping after the MC into the train wagon without a single thought of how they’re going to get out later is so funny.

E thinks things through most of the time, not all lol. They also jumped in cause they didn't want to be left alone while you did who knows what inside the train.

You'll also be getting a bunch of different nicknames from Sloan, though nosy is one of my favorites.

As for which scent you followed, both will have an impact of the story. You eventually do find out about the other, but I don't plan on that happening until later in the story. Though one option will have a bit of a more, uh, immediate effect lol. You'll find out which one in the next update.

Some cute stuff:

E is constantly getting the both of you little knickknacks and trinkets. All of the one's that they give to Sloan seemingly just disappear, but Sloan actually has a little box that they put them all in. They've only ever lost one or two of them.

Sloan will act all begrudged and unwilling to do something that they normally wouldn't go do, but anytime you or E ask they're secretly thrilled to just go do something with either of you.

Sloan would weave all of you little bracelets with leather cord. When they give it to both of you, they tell you they are protection charms. Plus, they like all of you having something connecting all of you.

E loves to cook for all of you. They don't get the chance often since work can keep them busy pretty late, but they try to do it as often as they are able.

As for some spicy stuff:

While E isn't really dominant, they do enjoy tying Sloan up. It's the only way that they can get Sloan to stay still for long period of time, plus getting to be the one in charge for once is a bit thrilling. They don't do it often though.

Sloan loves to fluster and tease E and will try to get you in on it. If both of you work together, you and Sloan will very quickly be able to reduce E down to a blushing, needy mess.

Sloan also loves whatever noises they can get out of either of you. Neither of you will be able to keep quiet, because they will not let you. Be prepared for your neighbors to hate you.

E love to be sandwiched between the two of you. Having both of you on either side of them, it gets them crazy hot and bothered.

If the MC (somehow) managed to convince all the LIs to take a day off and go to the beach with them, how would they spend their time?

E

Tide pool. They are trying to go find a tide pool or something similar to try and find any animals in them. They would just find the ecosystems of it fascinating.

Sloan

They going in the water and they are swimming for as long as they can. They would also absolutely be one of those assholes who swims under the surface of the water and touches peoples feet or legs to freak them out. They would end the day having been kicked in the face more than once.

A

Just laying in the sun and soaking up the heat. They don't get to just sit and relax often, so they are going to enjoy it while they can. They wouldn't mean to, but would probably end up falling asleep on the beach so you better wake them up before they get heat stroke or burn.

L

Hiding under an umbrella, probably reading. Their pale ass sitting under the sun for potentially hours? They'd burn so fast and they would rather not deal with that.

Morgan

They'd be walking along the beach, enjoying the view. They travel a lot, but it's mostly inland and they don't get the chance to just relax and kill time. So they are gonna spend what time they have enjoying the nature around them.

"What about this one?"

You're sitting at the back of a bar with a chair turned to face Morgan, only about a foot apart from each other. It had been a long day of running around for the both of you, so you both decided a drink was in order. Once a nice buzz had settled over you, a question had slipped from your lips. "Do you know how I got these? All my scars?"

"That one..." They callused hand ghosted over your shoulder. You had tugged back the neckline of your shirt to point at a jagged set of claw marks that dig deep into your skin. "That was from a harpy. She tried to pick you up and fly off." A laugh rumbles from them, face a little flush from the alcohol. "I remember thinking you silly flailing around, you were flapping your arms almost like you were trying to fly yourself."

"Hey! Don't laugh at me." Your reach forwards and try to punch them in the shoulder, swaying in you chair. They only laugh harder. "A big bird almost stole me away and you're laughing." A huff leaves you as you sink back in your chair.

"How about this one?" You lift your hand and point to one on your face. Right under your left eye is a short line, only about an inch and a half long. Maybe two. You can feel it whenever you blink, the scar tissue tugging on your eyelid.

As Morgan's eyes drift to it, a solemn look fills them and a frown pulls at their lips. They gently reach up and cup your cheek with one of their hands, holding you like your made of porcelain and any moment you might break. "You got that one when someone shot at you."

Shot at? Your breath stutters for a moment as they gingerly caress their thumb over the scar. "We got jumped on the road by highwaymen. I could have lost you." Their eyes grow shiny as they blink away the tears before they can fall. "I had no idea what I would do if I lost you. I didn't-" Their voice cracks.

"I'm back now." The din of people almost drown out the words you whisper out.

A small, sad smile tugs at their lip. "You are. And I'll stay with you just like before."

When you two walk into the room and see there's only one bed, E is immediately offering to go and just get another room. For one reason or another, whether you convince them to just share the room or this one was the last one left, they relent and agree to just share the room and the bed.

When you two go to bed, they're out like a light. Completely unaware that they're slowly scooting towards you every time that they shift in their sleep. If they manage to wake up before you and find themself pressed against your side, they're scooting so far away that they might fall off the bed. If you mention it to them at all the next day, they'll just turn into a flustered mess and apologize. They can't help but feel bad about, despite the fact they want to get close to you like that again.

Sloan

If there's one bed, they're jumping on it right away. They don't want to sleep on the floor, to bad for you! It wouldn't take much convincing on your part to get them to agree to share the bed. Honestly, they just didn't think about that at first cause they'd take up most of the bed.

Sloan would be up in your space, but honestly it's hard for them not to be. With how tall they are, unless they're hanging half off the bed, they're going to be touching you whether they want to or not. No matter what you try, you two will end up tangled together. And that's fine! People who are friends can cuddle up to each other and your head on their chest is absolutely not making their heart race.

A would end pretty professional about it. Honestly, when they first saw that there was one bed they just automatically assumed that the two of you would share it. It's not like it's the first time that they've had to share a bed with someone like this.

But when it's time to actually go to sleep, they just can't stop thinking about you and the things that they find attractive about you. They'd spend the entire night pointedly facing away from you and trying to think of anything else. It'd be bad enough that they'd sleep like shit.

L

When L saw there was only one bed, they were torn. On one hand, there were not going to be sleeping on the floor. Absolutely out of the question. On the other, if they just up and claim it they would look incredibly rude and potentially damage the rapport they've built with you so far.

When you bring up the idea of sharing the bed, they aren't thrilled but it will work. They also don't really care much about invading your space. It's a smaller bed after all, there isn't much that they can do about it. If the two of you wake up tangled together in the morning, they'll be left with a weird feeling in their chest that they don't know what to do with.

Morgan

Frankly, Morgan is terrified. When the two of you walked into the room that you would be staying in and they saw there was only one bed, they had already made up their mind that they were going to just sleep on the floor. When you fought them on that and said that the two of you could just share it, their heart was racing.

They wouldn't end up being able to sleep at all. They'd just end up laying in bed, wide awake, scared to make you uncomfortable or touch you on accident. Eventually they would crawl out of the bed and just lay down on the floor so they could actually get some sleep, but they'd make sure you're tucked in and comfortable before they do.

Like, let's say the Mc snuck into their bed. Because they couldn't sleep/was cold and just wanna be near the Ro. And they just cuddle up to the Ro.

What would the Ros do if they woke up next to Mc?

E

They probably wouldn't be the first one to wake up. E is a pretty heavy sleeper when they actually let themself get a good nights rest. So if you stay there, you'll probably startle them when they first wake up. They'll rapidly move from startled to flustered to concerned. They'd end up being more worried about why you couldn't sleep more than anything.

Sloan

Very light sleeper. The moment your sneaking into their bed, they wake up. They'd just lay there quietly, acting like they're still asleep, utterly confused as to what you are doing. When you just squeeze yourself next to them and lean against them, they'll just huff and roll over, wrapping an arm around you.

A

When they wake up and they feel someone else in their bed that one: wasn't there last night, and two: is currently tangled up with them, their first thought is that they need to get the hell out of bed. It would probably be a really rude awakening for you lol. When you wake up and explain that you couldn't sleep, they'll groan and just ask you to wake them up next time.

L

Another light sleeper. When you walk into their room, they wake up and sit up. If you ask them if you can crawl into, it's gonna be a toss up on whether they let you. On hand, you just woke them up in the middle of the night. On the other, it would let them get closer to you. Decisions, decisions....

Morgan

The moment you're in the bed with them, they're unconsciously rolling over and scooting closer to you. Even when they sleep, they're seeking you out. When they wake up the next day, they're surprised but not unhappy. Never unhappy to hold you.

E would jump the moment your cold hands touch their skin. If you surprise them with it, they might shriek from getting startled lol. They would let you keep them there, but would try offering you different solutions to warm them up next time. They don't exactly enjoy being your hand warmer lol.

Sloan

The moment you slip your hands under Sloan's shirt, it's a game for them. They don't care that they're cold, they're going to enjoy you touching them. They may move your hands around. Trying to see where you'll let them put them. There are warmer parts of their body after all ;-).

A

A is gonna flinch and yank them out. Just sticking your cold hands on them with no warning? No thank you. When you tell them that you were just trying to warm up your hands, they'll just roll their eyes and grab them, rubbing their hands against yours to try and warm them up.

L

L runs pretty hot actually, so they'd be a good one to pick to warm your hands up. That is if they even let you get close enough to do it lol. The moment your walking towards them with your hands at the ready, they're watching you. Good luck trying to use this one as a hand warmer.

Morgan

Morgan would just put their hands over yours, over top their shirt. Your stuck there now. You aren't leaving. You've been caught it their trap! They'll warm up your hands for you, no question, but you're paying the toll of cuddling with them until they decide they're done.

Is the demo supposed to end after you meet Leonard in the business district? Because, the only option left was to go meet up with Edward, I click Next, but the game just sits there and loads indefinitely. I refreshed the page and reloaded my save, but that didn't fix it. I'm playing on Firefox browser if that makes a difference.

It does end when you go to meet either E or Sloan again. For some reason, it seemed to be having an issue loading but the ending page for the demo but that should be fixed now. :-)

Quick Q: Do you have an size chart in regards to the mc heights, i.e. what do you concider average tall etc. as my second question would be if tall mc is as tall as M or could tall mc also be concidered shorter than M. So Mc being 5'9 and M being 5'10/6'0. Hope that makes sense.

I do! I frankly didn't think about adding it to the character creation in game, but that would probably be a good idea just for clarity sake. With the heights, I use them as more of a range than a set number.

Roughly it would be around these heights.

Very short: 5'0" and under. Short: 5'1" to 5'4" Average: 5'5" to 5'8" Tall: 5'9" to 6'0" Very tall: 6'1" to 6'4"

As for the second, it's up to your personal preference really. I'm pretty certain I will never reference actual numbers for heights in the game itself.

Though if your height is considered to be the 'same' (i.e. if your MC is 5'9" they would be considered 'tall' and Morgan is 5'10"/6'0" they would also be considered 'tall') then the game will treat the two to be relatively on the same eye level even though 5'9" to 6'0" is a decent gap lol. The same goes with any of the ROs. There's unfortunately only so much I can account for when writing.

Frankly? Not much different. They are escaping from that conversation as quick as possible. They would maybe ask you to try and be a bit more quiet, but if you can't then they would just put up with the potential, uh, questions that might come.

Sloan

To the person asking about it, they would pretend they have no idea what they're talking about. Noises? What noises? To you however, they are tormenting you. They will NOT let you live down that you were loud enough someone else heard and would deliberately try to get you to be louder next time.

Again, pretty similar to if they were asked about them making noise. Would straight up deny they know what the person is talking about. The next time you guys have sex and you start to get loud, they are not above trying to muffle the noise. With their hand, a pillow, whatever they need to quiet the noise.

L

They'd still be furious, but they can take, uh, preventative measures with you the next time. They will gag you. The moment you start getting too loud, they will do what they need to to make you quiet down.

Morgan

Someone else hearing you would fluster them. They'd honestly get kinda pissy about it, but they would never mention why to you. No matter how hard you needle them about it, their lips are sealed. You just have to deal with a big, grumpy Morgan for a few hours without ever knowing why.

technically? yeah. a marriage doesn't get annulled when one of the spouses dies, so legally the two of you are still married. at least in the US that is.

you, the MC, don't have your ring on you though. so you would have no way of knowing you were married at the start of the game.
