Shout out to fictives who feel uncomfortable and exposed by the fact that their sources exist as public media that anybody gets to see. The fact that anyone can just pull it up and see all of your history and traumas and mistakes, without your say or even knowledge. The fictives who don't even feel they're allowed to be upset about it because it's "just fiction" and therefore doesn't matter. Who feel like less than "real people" because of it.

orange frost is fire it didn't smell like what i thought it would in my head so it had to grow on me for a few minutes but oh my god it's peak. very androgynous (a bit more masc leaning which is perfect for me) and it gets better as it sits on you it's delicious

also for our privacy buckets that we set up today, if anyone needs inspo on how to sort them here's the ones i set up :)

hesitant - newly mutual'ed or if concerned about strongly conflicting views on something (usually just newly mutual'ed tho). can see frequent fronters + a select important internal workers. can see basic info sections (like name, age, pronouns, identities, etc.). can see basic custom fronts.

general - standard category for anyone we are closer to beyond new mutuals. can see all completed/mostly completed member profiles. can see all info sections. can see almost all custom fronts.

close - closer mutuals & irls. can see all member profiles including newer ones and any sensitive ones that are more hidden for some reason. can see all info sections. can see almost all custom fronts including a couple more personal ones.

psys - for our partner system only. can see all profiles including our fragment tracker. can see all info sections. can see all custom fronts.

besides having headmates that are also systems (a bit more easy to pick up on with the way it presents for us), we also had a subsystem that was on an entirely separate island from the rest of us and who we had little contact with for awhile (and ever tbh cause now they all seem to be fused, or 99% at least in case we missed one) so that was visually a bit easier to recognise as separate from the rest of us

but our latest proper subsystem was all fragment splits based off of musicians we liked (and their related musician friends/siblings/etc.) - they would usually front together and had their own unique place in headspace that the rest of us really couldn't access (minus one), so we classified it as a subsystem because of their separation from the rest of us, fronting together, and their shared attributes of being a musician source & fragmented in the same ways

dw!! we've been having a slow chill (and blurry) few days :) nothing terrible ofc just not exciting or anything! iirc we're seeing friends later this week and have an exciting package coming in so hopefully that helps everything feel a bit more like energetic!
