Breakfast: black coffee 5cals
Lunch: rice? (Something similar to rice but idk what its called in English) 393cals with feta 80cals
Dinner(went out with a friend that's why its mostly drinks) : ice tea 3cals
Coffee 40cals
Apple cider 208cals
Rice pudding 111cals
Total: 840cals
Exercise: 10k steps (I literally get so confused with step cals so I'm not putting in how much I burned cause it's confusing me 😭)
Not proud of today bc a lot of wasted cals on drinks :(
