`` lee hyunjae/dawson seventh year [ korean-american ] hufflepuff muggleborn

- - It’s never been on Hyun Jae’s agenda to be academic. He initially planned on dropping out of school at 16 and hitting the road, doing cash in hand work, maybe even joining a traveling circus or becoming a missionary. Hyun Jae has a thirst for true life – a sort of wanderlust that bugs him incessantly – willing him to travel. So he does whenever he can, with money he earns by doing handy jobs (those involving sweating profusely). He’s always been a poor kid who lives simply, but he’ll manage to scrape money together in order to travel and do volunteer work in a village in Mozambique – he’s that type of guy. Hyun Jae always prefers laboring manually; the sweetest things for him are the things that you make for yourself, by yourself, with only sweat, raw materials and time. Due to the nature of his opinions, and the fact that he’s in a strange and different land, Hyun Jae tends to be a lone wolf. He’s often alone in his views, so he prefers to keep them to himself as a happy minority.

Born to a carpenter and painter, he’s reasonably creative, and likes sketching, sometimes he even carves figures out of wood with his pocket Swiss army knife. Hyun Jae is generally… Hardworking. Maybe slightly forgetful at times, but never slow, and definitely not stupid. He can be quiet, but he’s not shy.

Everyone says that when he smiles, his face is transformed. Unbeknownst as to why to most, he doesn’t do the smiling thing much. Every glance has to be earned, every laughter line seemingly takes a century to form.

He’ll treat you how you treat him, if not slightly better. He cherishes those dear to him, eats eagerly at every single meal and normally goes for seconds, he isn’t picky, he doesn’t have the time or heart for it… That’s what the rumors say anyway – if you want to first hand information, well… You’ll have to talk to him.

`` kim heechul sixth year [ korean ] slytherin pureblood

- - many would expect the slytherin pureblood to be in line with most others: muggle despising. however, heechul may be one of the only wizards born into the family with a tolerance of muggle borns and half bloods alike. thought to be one of the most brilliant students hogwarts has ever seen, heechul set out to explore every single bit of knowledge encased in hogwarts’ ancient walls from day one. he’s even dabbled in studying the dark arts, though he does not utilize this ancient and vile magic, contrary to many beliefs. many can expect heechul to lurk the corridors, a book in hand with his wand in the other, issuing a stream of flames or a bevy of mice, at that. really, heechul is a guy who has an unhealthy love for his cat, and only poses a danger to you if you’ve rubbed him the wrong way, or happen to be in his path at the wrong time. then, you should watch out. capricious and a bit prideful, heechul has often been unafraid to test a hex or two on an unsuspecting student. however, heechul never lingers around in the vicinity of someone who would waste his time, no. he’s known to be blunt about such things, even intimidating students to get his way. sly, quirky and intelligent, heechul may be the first or last person you’d want to run into in a corridor — it just depends on his mood. and he’s a sucker for a bit of fun, may it be a quickie in the broom cupboard with an attractive upperclassman, or a full out duel in the hog’s head.

`` enuma fumiya sixth year [ japanese ] hufflepuff halfblood

- - Even when he was first transferred to Hogwarts, the hat had a difficult time placing him. He has a very quiet personality and prefers to keep to himself. He is very rarely seen to speak or to show any expression on his face; when he talks, he always appears to be shy and uncomfortable. But he is not a cold person, he gives off more of a placid atmosphere around him over anything else. He is calm, cool and collected. Even in the face of great danger; in which he would simply turn around and poof himself out of the scene. He is a total pacifist and prefers to stay out of everyone’s business and any kinds of things that would lead him to trouble. Call him a coward, he thinks there’s a very thin line between stupidity and bravery. That being said, he is always no good at fighting, both physically or verbally. Other think he is dim-witted and lazy but that’s really not the case. He just gets distracted easily upon things that he thinks does not worth his time and for him, other individuals are really of no importance to him and that’s why he always appears to be floaty and out-of-it in conversations. He is not easy to frustrate or to excite. He is unruffled by most things and the only thing that can bring true happiness and bliss to his face is cleaning up things. He also has a knack for medicinal spells and incantation and is titled the walking apothecary by other students.

`` jung jinwoon sixth year [ protugese-korean ] ravenclaw halfblood

- - Jung Jinwoon is a very upright and cheerful young man. Since he was little, he had always been a curious child, who would like to explore every corner of every place. Always wanting to explore new places and finding out new things, Jinwoon also grew up in the middle of books. Much of what he knows, he learned from them. Nothing could stop his thirst of knowledge. In days where the rain and gray clouds would dominate the sky, Jinwoon would always sit, by the bookshelf, surrounded by books. On sunny days, he’d go outside and explore the surroundings of his family’s house.

Born from a muggle Korean mother that came to Portugal, in hopes of finding a better place to live, and from Portuguese and Korean pureblood father that owned a bookstore, both to witches and wizards and muggle born, Jinwoon grew up with the best of both worlds. When his mother was away, working, and he’d stay with his father, he’d learn fantastic spells and about fantastic creatures. When he received his letter, from Hogwarts, at the age of eleven, it was no surprise to anyone who knew about his true nature. Five years later, there he was in his sixth grade.

Though he’s a very cheerful character, Jinwoon knows how and when to be discrete and quiet. His selection to Ravenclaw wasn’t random, for some reason. Under his bright appearance, Jinwoon’s a wise and intelligent man. He may seem fragile, from being always smiling. But, as the moon, he only shows one face of his. The other remains in the dark.
