Before chatgpt people had to actually put effort into school stuff, I remember that they'll be topics that I didn't get and instead of telling a robot to explain it I went to the teacher to explain it to me in a way I'd understand and if I told them I didn't they'd find new angles and methods so I could get it. Your teacher is your friend there to help you, go to them and get them to do their job if educating you. Chatgpt won't.

"what did students do before chatgpt?" well one time i forgot i had a history essay due at my 10am class the morning of so over the course of my 30 minute bus ride to school i awkwardly used by backpack as a desk, sped wrote the essay, and got an A on it.

six months later i re-read the essay prior to the final exam, went 'ohhhh yeah i remember this', got a question on that topic, and aced it.

point being that actually doing the work is how you learn the material and internalize it. ChatGPT can give you a short cut but it won't build you the the muscles.

I do think that there's a huge problem with a lack of actual black representation in media and the internet that has been annoying me heck I barely see any representation apart from white or Asian being drawn by people my gripes with like most that attempt to do the black characters is that they give them straight hair, I don't know how to tell you white people, but we have coils and our face structure is quite different. Just because you give us dark skin doesn't equal to good representation or make a black character. At best you just made a white tan character. I can't even count how disappointed I've been by people saying that this thing is black representation only for me to see it's just someone that looks like they have a tan and straight hair, let me tell ya, I don't know about most people, but I don't consider those people to be black. It's not even that you have to check the boxes for it, this is the bare minimum for actual representation.

Think about it, how will you feel if black people just drew clearly light skin people with slightly straighter hair, but is clearly still coils and black features and told you that the Character is white.

thinking about how i made a vent post on white people drawing black characters with less love and my notes were filled with other white ppl patting themselves on the back for doing the bare minimum of representing black folk normally

and I did get genuinely upset only to have my mild disdain turned into "aggression" and "white devil" speech because I wasn't coddling people.

Friendly Reminder theres only one way to deal with fascists. They do not respond to civility, they do not change thier minds, they delight in the suffering of others. But they are nothing but weak men cosplaying strength. When confronted with real aggression and real action, they shrink away, scared to show themselves in public. I get that its terrifying right now, and being pride month I will bet more than anything that the Trump Administration will try some petty morale breaking bullshit as a show of strength. You need to be strong. And here's the hardest truth I can drop this pride. They will try to take everything from you. You cannot hide, you will never be quite enough for them, never be hidden enough. Even now the Company Palantir is posed to collect all your information into a master list. You will be hunted. I wish I could tell us that we get to live a happy peaceful life, that your trans, you were brave and overcame that hurdle, and found your slice of happiness. But we don't get that. We have to be ready to bleed, because they will make us bleed. Violence isn't the only answer. It is the answer only when all avenues of peace have been exhausted. Right now you need to start forming local communities and support networks, find an lgbt alliance, if there isn't one, form one. Help those in poverty, work to make community gardens, teams for home repairs. Recruit, build up.

Head canons on chloenette's first pride as a couple:

Marinette doesn't know if she should be baffled or turned on.

As she's making her way through the crowd, Chloé suddenly bumps into someone. After months of learning how to be nicer and unlearning toxic habits, she was prepared to say sorry.

To a woman with a shirt that says 'That's my daughter, and I'm proud of her."

"Oh sweetie, I didn't see you! I'm sorry about that. Are you alright? Did you hurt yourself?"

"I.."

The woman gives her a bright smile and digs into her bag she was carrying. "Here, my daughter made these. As an apology for bumping into you."

It was a bracelet with all the colors of the rainbow. Chloé didn't know how to react.

Without waiting for a reply, the woman gives Chloé a quick hug and a pat on the shoulder.

As they're making their way back home, Chloé cuddles into Mari when they're at the privacy of the limo. "I wanna be like them." "Who?" She shows the small bracelet the woman gave her, "Them."
