Wraps his arms tight around her from behind, squeezing her close as he possibly could and buried his face deep into the base of her neck and just breathed in her scent for a moment. He couldn't bring himself to let go and just stood there holding her, a few tears leaking out and soaking her sweater.

Her lips only released a small squeak as she felt his arms around her. A smile soon came up, the feeling of this was nice. And she was glad to have returned to this. She said nothing for a moment but brought up her arms.

      “Hello, Laguna. Nice to see you after so long, love.”

Small notice

I've been having issues keeping this muse and I know I keep saying I'm going to pick her up again. And someday I will. Until then, this blog is on hiatus until I get up off my ass and play ff8 again and finish the Palutena based icons. (Honestly though I need to finish Final Fantasy 8...ugh...)

So to recap, I'm on hiatus until Raine comes back to me...if she does...

I think it's fine and it looks really nice! You could always stick a line in your about to say who the base character is. It's not like you're making money off it or anything, theyre just icons for your personal use :D

//Before I so much as even get to anything, I wanna talk to you guys about something. The rest of this post is under the cut but let me show you something I was working on instead of starting with rping with Raine:

I’ve been thinking about making icons like this for Raine, as you can see it isn’t detailed much, I might make them all that way. HOWEVER, I am NOT going to sit here and do this and pretend there isn’t an elephant in my room. I used a technical template for this and if you have said to yourself “that icon of Raine looks a lot like Palutena from KIU”, you would be correct.

above is the original picture I used to make it...yes, I did go over it. But I am admitting it all to you now. Why? Because I wanna make all Raine’s icons from Palutena as a template. Why? Because I couldn’t think of a better model to use. But I will not be using the same colour system Kid Icarus has. If I decide I want to shade this, it will be on my own shading style, not theirs. I would only take a body posture from the original in game sprite and make it like the first picture.

I’m showing you all this because I need your input before I do something wrong. Since now you have seen the after and before shots, do you want me to use something like this as an icon system? because, as easy as it would be for me given the lack of anything Raine Loire in general, I thought I would do this for a fresh look on the character. However, given I admitted what I did, please, I know it may seem like art theft but I don’t want you to think that way. I only wanted icons, but if an idea like this makes you guys uncomfortable, then PLEASE tell me (and not in slander on anon please, the last thing I need is hate when I JUST admitted to you what I did)

So what do you guys think? Yay or nay?

Raine reaction to 3 year old Squall falling asleep in her arms...

Raine smiled softly as she watched as her child yawned and rubbed his eyes, she was more than happy to be blessed with this child. She always thanked Hyne for the blessing and always mentally thanked Laguna for being with her.

     “Sleep, my baby. When the sun shines through the window, we’ll play all day like always.”

She sat back against the rocking chair, letting it sway back and forth as she hummed a tune quietly, feeling the child finally fall asleep and breathe deeply.

Raine’s voice practically screeched as she watched the boy nearly break something priceless, it didn’t help he had already dropped food on a customer while helping around the bar, landing Raine to be yelled at. But this made her mood drop more. She was almost furious enough that her hair would have practically looked like angered vipers in the blowing wind. Her explosive aura around her also began to speak volumes.
