「That I can see, you jerk! Why are there so many of these?!」 Len glared at the vampire, baring his sharp teeth like an irritated wolf. He was almost growling at the other male, but was trying his best not to. Mikuo usually laughed at him when he did that, though it was an instinct and he would sometimes do it against his will. It was just embarrassing when he growled at someone that didn’t know he was a werewolf.  「My friends think that my ‘girlfriend’ is a fucking sadist and that I’m a masochist because of you, you shit. Specially with all the scratch marks you insist on leaving on my back!」 Mikuo’s nails weren’t normal nails, so the wounds on his back were rather deep and took even longer than the bite marks to heal. He sometimes felt like as long as he was with the tealet, he’d probably never have his body without a purple spot or a pretty ugly scar. 「A-at least what I do to you doesn’t leave any marks most of the time.」

「I won’t kill you, don’t worry. I’m not a werewolf.」 Len stepped forward, closing off the distance between them both and standing now at a distance that their faces almost touched. He leaned forward, his nose at the base of the other’s neck. He didn’t even know what he was doing anymore. 「You really smell good...」 Len, no.

     Mikuo froze in place when the other      just approached him again  to  sniff      him  again.  He  stepped  back  and      opened a slight forced smile.

          ❛ I-I take it back. You’re  a  werewolf.           Please, don’t bite  me or  kill  me  or           whatever. I-I still have lots of things           to do. ❜ 

     He needed to think of a plan to escape.      And nope, he was not going to believe      in Len.

   Woah, woah, woah. Wait. Was he just called cute? Being tied up and gagged? He could think of various adjectives to describe himself in that situation, like pathetic and pitiful, but cute and adorable didn’t get in the list. What the heck was wrong with his captor’s eyes?    He shook away those thoughts. Everything about the whole situation was bizarre and trying to make any sense out of it was just a waste of the little time he had left to live. I just wanted to buy something in the convenience store, why is this happening?    The vampire’s warm tongue on his neck brought him back to reality. His neck was normally ticklish place, but no laughter would come out of him in that situation. He swallowed, trying his best not to move as she instructed.    His heart was beating so fast it felt like it could burst and cold sweat dripped down his back. He was just too scared to even try to escape, if he was going to die, he didn’t want it to hurt.

       Hannah couldn’t help but find his minimal struggling and grunting adorable, all too aware that he knew he couldn’t escape. He really was cute!! And his every move sent warm chills through her body. Oh, he was going to be tasty all right! She could feel him shiver underneath her touch, and that made her all the more eager to drink him dry.

        But… she just couldn’t do that though. Why kill such an adorable human being? When she could let him heal and feed from him again? Already she was plotting to keep him a while, not having been this excited for a meal in a long time.

         “OOOHH, YOU’RE SO CUTE!!” she eventually squealed, shameless while doing so. But she had to calm herself if she was going to eat! Swallowing and taking even breaths, she soon brought herself back to the task at hand.

        “Sorry about that sweetie, I just get so excited by the adorable ones!” she purred, her tone sugary sweet. Leaning inward she brought her mouth to his neck, drooling as she licked it, “Now hold still, I don’t want to tear your pretty skin too much…”

    「Aren’t they just morons, though? Once you’re dead, you’re dead. It’s just stupid to think people could manage to come back from that.」    He looked at the bunch of zombies coming in their direction. There was no way they could ever become normal again. It was just impossible. And honestly, he didn’t think those monsters would be happy to regain consciousness, given their situation.    He shot another Walker and cringed when he saw black liquid splashing from the wound he opened in the creature as if fell down, it’s leg bending in the process and falling off. He was already used to seeing zombies, but it was hard not to be disgusted with the sight of rotting meat.    「By the way, sorry I bought those guys with me. I was looking for food and fucked up. Like, I end up in a crowded super market. But hey -- at least we get to play a shooting game as we wait for the end of the world.」

     They just believe there is salvation.      Even though Mikuo  believes  on  it      too, he just don’t want  to  risk. You      never know  anyway.  In  any  ways,      he was glad to meet  someone  like      the   blonde,  and   not  yet   another      survivor who  just   thought  about      themselves.

     The teal  haired  kept  his  focus   on      shooting   the  Walkers   down,   and      wondering where the hell that blonde      found all those creatures. He was  in      a hospital or  something?  He  never      expected that  there  were  so  many      after him.

    「Mikuo, what the hell is this?」 He took off the muffler to reveal countless bite marks all over his otherwise pale neck. If he were a normal human being, it would probably take months to heal and he would be scarred for life, but he was a werewolf and his neck would be alright again in a week or so. But it was such a hassle to keep using those goddamn mufflers that felt like collars. And it was not cool to be looked at funny by his friends when they saw how many ‘hickeys’ he got from his ‘girlfriend’.  He was very angry. So angry he felt like attacking the young vampire that was standing in front of him, but he decided against it. His fights with his boyfriend generally left them both very hurt and strained. Besides, tonight was a new moon, so he was weaker than usual and would probably lose, and there was nothing he hated more than losing. 「Y’know I fucking hate when you do that, you idiot.」

「Oh, I thought it were werewolves. Which, as I told you already, I’m not!」 He frowned. He didn’t know how many times he’d have to repeat himself to convince the other he would not become a wolf and attack people. 「Besides,」 He leaned forward and sniffed the other’s neck, maybe getting a little too close. 「You do smell very good.」

「Wait, didn’t you just say that you wouldn’t believe me even if I did that?」

          ❛ Vampires can’t eat garlic, you idiot.           And I don’t smell good? I smell like           always, so there’s definitely something           wrong with you, and that is: you are a           werewolf. ❜

     He should start running away now. Or      maybe kill Len before he tries to attack.

          ❛ Keep staring to the full moon. If you           don’t turn, then I’ll believe in you. ❜      That means, maybe.

     「Oi, I wasn’t joking to make you feel bad or anything, y’know!」 He could feel the other trying to escape, but he held more firmly onto the other’s wrist. He wasn’t letting the other go anywhere until they finished talking.      「I just wasn’t ready. I-I mean... I wasn’t expecting my male best friend to confess! You know I’m an idiot, I just say the first thing that pops into my head. I really didn’t mean to hurt you, I’m sorry.」 He stared at his feet, he felt like he was talking to a girl, it was weird. But it was even weirder to see his best friend crying because of him. What was going on?     「And um, about your answer, I’ll have to think about it.」

「Because you’re my best friend and I want to know what the fuck’s going on!」 He didn’t like screaming at other people, but this time he was really mad. He didn’t understand what was going on and why Mikuo was acting so weird. 「Because I fucking care about you, okay?」 Regardless of how weird it was, he stepped forward and wrapped his arms around the shorter boy. He hated seeing the other male so miserable. 「Are you okay?」

     It was hard to just stand there now.  He      wanted   Len   to   hold   him   and   say      everything is going to  be  alright.  That      things would be alright, even though he      knows already, it will  never  be  alright      again.  His  heart  was  aching  already,      his   mind  slowly   slipping   away.  He      couldn’t do anything, he couldn’t protect      himself  or   stop  himself   from hurting      others.  And  the  most  painful  thing for      him was hurting the blonde.
