Best Stomach Toning Workout
Planks! Planks tone your stomach so much, and pretty fast. I saw on Tumblr this plank routine that takes less than 5 minutes to do, and it helped my stomach tone up so much. I could see a big difference and my core was noticeably stronger about a week after I started doing it. The routine is: 1 minute of a plank in push up position 30 seconds of an elbow plank 15 seconds of a side plank on each side I do it 3 times a day, and it saved my life Thank you to the person who made that routine and posted it 💚

👻 Drink water! I know that you see this everywhere but it’s true, in order to lose weight you have to drink a lot of water that’s that.
🎃 Y'all know about this one too but green tea is the best thing ever, it boost your metabolism and there’s a lot of different flavors of it
👻 Try to avoid eating to much salt, it binds fat and also dehydrate you
🎃 Stay below 1500 calories a day
👻 Drink warm water to prevent cravings to turn into a binge
🎃 Take a sip of water between every bite you take
👻 Its better to eat 500 cals worth of fruit and veggies than 500 cals worth of junk food

My bloating fiiiiinallly went, and god I'm so happy! lmao
I mean, I still look 8 months pregnant, but it's better than the previous 9 months pregnant, so I'll take it. Feel like shit after having a hot chocolate (I love them, but my stomach never agrees with them lmao), and I'm hoping to get up to exercise tomorrow morning, and then study, too. I've got a sudden rush of motivation to hurry tf up and lose this weight.
