XPLOIT LORE BOMB PART 1/Original post

So, what exactly ARE Xploits? And why are they so horrible? Besides the obvious.

The Xploits were originally made by John Doe on one of his off-days to help him once he got back to work. They of course had a bunch of hacking abilities just so he could mess around, but for the most part, John used them as 'stress relief'. What he ACTUALLY means is that he was using them as a drug in a way. The 'drug' in question was known in the menu as DESTRESS, an addition to the Xploit script that would help John calm down from the immense stress and outbursts he would have from his job as an Admin.

Unfortunately, John got addicted to the feeling of serenity and started using DESTRESS more often, even when he was needed for something important. What John didn't know is that an integral of the code was corrupted, and he was essentially pumping corruption into himself with each use.

Eventually the corruption corrupted him as well. His mind and body began to alter horribly. He got more violent and irritable, and corruption began to spread on him, causing severe pain.

After collapsing at HQ and spewing up blood, he was ushered to the hospital. But no treatment cured his supposed illness, they only caused him to get more angry and lash out, trying to hurt doctors and nurses.

At the time, no one knew of Xploiter Syndrome, so the hospital let him go and tried to get him psychiatric help, thinking he was just going insane.

When John completely turned and started wreaking havoc on Robloxia, Jane tried to calm him down. It worked after a valiant effort, but in the process, John mauled her, scratching her mouth and ripping her arm clean off in a blind rage.

After that, Jane couldn't look at her husband the same anymore. Even when John was sedated and being restrained on the ground, calling out to tell him he "wasn't a monster", Jane didn't say a single thing. They had already been falling out of love, but this was the final straw.

This was no longer her husband, she thought. It was over.

So, about Doomed Souls John and Jane

They used to be a happy married couple, but after John got Xploited, he went insane and attacked Jane by slashing her arm off. This made Jane scared of him and frustrated. Her anger for him only grew after she became Xploited as well.

They're basically divorced now, and every time Jane and John meet they end up fighting. Most of the time it's one sided, with Jane yelling at him.

John is still very depressed about losing Jane, even after getting with 1x. He can't seem to get over her even after Jane moved on.
