honestly, ep 5 broke something inside me. it’s not even about the pairings; the dynamic between pomni, ragatha, and jax is inherently tragic. ragatha competes with jax for pomni's attention, but she isn’t entirely sincere in her intentions out of desperation — she just wants to feel needed. jax sees through this and literally warns pomni about ragatha. pomni is drawn to Jax, which leaves ragatha feeling very isolated

ragatha tries to win the affection of both jax and pomni, but each of them senses her insincerity, leaving her completely alone. the situation is worsened by the fact that ragatha has struggled to get along with jax for all this time, whereas pomni, being a newbie, managed to bond with him in just a few days. jax hasn't been as polite with pomni as ragatha has, yet pomni still gravitates toward jax

ragatha is on the brink of a bigger breakdown in ep 6, and i fear for her. it’s heartbreaking to see how her need for connection leads to such profound loneliness and misunderstanding
