Okay, this happens with different lots.. Restaurants are a very buggy story in the sims 4, what can you do - change the lot type to basic, save and try again, set it as a residential building and re-configure the menu and employees. Sims 4 huge chunks of old new code and all that. Shit happens ...

I wanted to make a lot that would have three different businesses: a beauty salon, a coworking cafe, and a sports club There are also three two-story apartments for business owners on the lot. I furnished two of them, and one is ready to move in. This lot can be added to the game as a residential lot for business and placed one large family for ownership and management, or it can be played as a lot rented through a mod from Zerbu - Spawn Refresh, which makes public places - working (employees come there and all that) Or you can make a business on one character and invite workers to live as neighbors and solve the housing issue with the help of door management (restrict sims from entering other apartments)

Library and cafe, Businesses & Hobbies

I'm reworking my worlds for the new mechanics, I really like the idea that each community lot has an owner, a character who will treat you to a delicious coffee every day, the same character. For me, this adds realism and coziness to the game. So I rebuilt the library in Copperdale.

School auditorium

Okay guys, I did it, not the way I wanted, but what can you do as it is. But first, a few mods: 1. Seasonable School Events: 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 and 12 Weeks Version! made by SonozakiSisters 2. Schedule School Events: Prom, Exams and Career day made by SonozakiSisters 3. No Prom Invite hurts only couples, besties and significant romance level sims you don't know who again - SonozakiSisters 4. No Prom Invites from Random Acquaintances and again SonozakiSisters 5. Career Day Overhaul - ilkavelle (surprised?)

These wonderful mods give at least some control over what happens in this auditorium (on my individual sim lifespan I wildly hate these graduations every fucking week) I want to confess - I have not tested these buildings, if something goes wrong, write to me
