"It is strange, this reaction I have to garlic. In all my wanderings, in all my research, I have never encountered another vampire thusly affected. It is true that some popular lore holds that all vampires have an inherent weakness to garlic, but this is simply not the case. My situation, as far as I can tell, is unique."
--Vicente Valtieri, not realizing he has an allergy to garlic unrelated to his vampirism
haven't heard anyone talk about this before but,, one theory I have is that the leaders of every dark brotherhood sanctuary are always women, or at least preferably women. I only say this cuz so far all the canon sanctuary leaders (ocheeva, astird, astara) have been women and called 'matron' as their official title. I like to think of it as a way of reflecting the night mother, especially with sanctuaries being treated as their own family units a lot of the time
thinking about that sheet of elf drawings by ryoko kui and it's a Bunch of women looking amazing as hell and then there's like astarion really small in one corner and he looks like he was traced from the box art
Working on drawing more reference images for my OCs, starting with my numerous Elder Scrolls characters! Top: Rakkan, my nerevarine, a big old barbarian, drawn here both in his youth and at the age he's at in the story of Morrowind. The second character I haven't found a timeframe for, he is a destruction mage working shady buisiness in the Senchal criminal underground. Both are khajiit.
