domino city is so funny to me culturally bc it rly just is gamer central... like why do they have so many game shops? Why does every you gster have a cursed game related arifact or an affinity for some form of game? And has KaibaCorp always been there, even as an arms dealer, or did they relocate after Seto took over?? (Actually is that why he started going to Domino High?... head full.)

Arc V Zine Project has launched!!!

Okay so thanks to you all for being interested on participating on this fan project, which will be titled:

What is this “zine” all about?

if you missed the post where the interest of having an zine done by artists in the fandom, because of the great answer to this proposal it was decided to green light it and here we are!

Okay… but what is a “zine”?

Short Answer: A Fanbook of people’s art.

Long Answer: A compilation of people’s art in the fandom, often with short introduction or messages for the fandom, usually sold at the cost of manufacturing and fabrication, meant only to cover the costs.

How will this work?

For starters we will have a short period of applications from today to July 24th, the application to fill out for the artists interested will be here until then! (please read the Rules and the FAQ before applying)

After we close the applications, we will take around a week to choose the participates based on their preexisting art.

Then around August 12th (date tentative) we will have a WIP check to make sure the artists have at least started their projects. If you need to drop out due to unforeseen circumstances, this will be the time to tell us and we will inform the rejected participants to have them create art in your place.

After that, artists have until September 1st to complete their works and submit it to us!

And then…

After all of the above is sorted, the mods will announce shortly a tentative date release, and a price accordingly to the costs of the elaboration, printing and shipping of the book, so people will be able to place orders.

Crush City! is a 53-paged illustrated collection of (some of) my favorite preteen crushes!  With each digital painting is a little entry page with a drawing of me as a kiddo, harking back on those days gone by where I was deep in cartoon crush territory! With that being said, reblog/lms if you’d be interested in a YGO Sibling Zine! The Yugioh franchise is full of siblings, and since that sort of stuff is special to a lot of fans, I was thinking about making a zine for it!

[For those curious, here’s a list of all the siblings I can remember.]

I’ve placed a survey here for data collection as well, please fill it out if interested!

Note that I don’t have any official help as of yet (I don’t have funds and I am Australian which would cost more for me, plus I’m a broke uni student). This is more of an expression of interest from you all.
