Okay my racing thoughts are keeping me up again and this time it’s extra bad. I’ve been trying to fall asleep for so many hours now I have been trying everything. It’s going so well to pull an all-nighter and it absolutely sucks. I want to fall asleep so bad. This is absolute hell. I feel so “out of it” and I’m so tired, but I am completely physically and ESPECIALLY MENTALLY unable to fall asleep. I am so mentally hyperactive. I don’t know why I have racing thoughts and therefore I don’t know what to do with them. This is absolutely awful. I don’t understand how people can just casually shut off their brains. I am literally completely unable to do so.
