02.08.20 
2lbs up this morning, 2 take aways over the past 3 days and 1 day drinking. Have been keeping up with workouts tho. Yesterday my period arrived also, so that may or may not have something to do with it. Its a lot worse than usual and v.painful, something I’m not really used to..  
3 solid days of work from tomorrow so back to strict diet and lots of movement. Nearing 30 degrees this coming weekend too, so the goal this week it to get to 137-138 by Friday (in theory thats a 1-3lb weightloss) but I feel I’m retaining a lot of water atm. 
This whole last week has been terrible for diet, exercise and stress. Almost everyday I’ve been in tears from stress, so no appetite and lots of cortisol. I’ve worked out a good few times but feel I need to be upping my game as I don’t think I’m pushing myself far enough. I’m going to add a 15 minute run onto the end of each workout. I’d like to be able to run for 30 solid minutes by the end of August (can do 15 now). 
Also want to write my own workouts as the shreddy workouts aren’t suiting me as well as they could and I find myself frequently swapping out moves for harder moves. 
Things are a lot calmer now, we have a plan for moving, I know all my hours for work are almost sorted, my weight is coming off (fingers crossed I’m back to 139 in the morning!).

Got down into the next set of 10′s today. Feel really strong and happy that I’m making such good progress, finally back to numbers which are more familiar, still a long way to go though.

Ok! Its all back on, lost another lb this morning, found out Dom weighs less than me so thats no fantastic, but eh. Got my steps in already and had an amazing lunch. 
Lost 1 inch on my waist so far, not bad going for 2 weeks. Workout this afternoon, lots of water, early night and hopefully productive rest of the day. Things are a lot better today, just wish my sleep would sort itself out.
Eating large amounts earlier in the day and small dinners is working fantastically for me and I don’t know why I’ve never done this before. My bloating has gone, I don’t feel so lethargic, fresh every morning, defo the best decision I’ve made so far.

Weight the same today, worked out, went to work, came home because I felt awful, also paranoid a little about the Covid exposure on Friday. 
Went for dinner in the evening and didn’t have the best day tbh. Feel like I’ve fallen from a great height.

25.07.20 
Another loss on the scales this morning, RHR seems to have plateaued out at 65, but we’ll see if we can push this this next week. I haven’t worked out for 2 days due to work, and don’t have any muscle aches at all and I don’t like it lol. 
Something tho, I feel so happy these days, everyday I wake up I’m super positive, I haven’t known this sort of content in a long time. I’m excited for the days! 
But the day turned pretty sour towards the afternoon. I did upper body followed by a HIIT workout but then proceeded to argue for the next few hours and then make up just in time to go to the pub and fuck it all up with some chips. 
Ordinarily I wouldn’t be too upset by this, but 1. its been so so hard to see progress and just when i do, I let myself down and 2. Its caused me to bloat out, making my 29 inch waist 40 inches. Wtaf. Something doesn’t agree with me and I feel so uncomfortable :( 
...Still, tomorrow is a new day, working 7am - 8pm then straight to Dom’s mum’s for some food and probs drinks. Fingers crossed I navigate that well and don’t come home feeling too bad.

I woke up today, finally saw a drop on the scales, it was small but fuck, I was so happy. I also got 6.5 hours of sleep, but 20% deep sleep and 20% REM and I felt fucking amazing. 
Bounced into work, ate super well, swapped out protein pasta for protein bar with lots of fresh veggies, delicious, v. happy, v. good, v.perfect.
Then I was told I had to move to a different ward that afternoon. 
Man did it go downhill from here, I was punched in the face, had water thrown over me, I ran over someone with a bed, I was exposed to Covid which could have been prevented, I was let home late and had to walk extra far. 
Got home, poured myself a drink, had one sip and left it. 
My calcium/ magnesium, arrived today as did my pro/prebiotics. The calcium because I don’t eat dairy and could do with just topping up really. The magnesium to give my muscles a little bit of a hand as I don’t always reach my target and my muscles are put under loads of stress each week, esp my calves. 13 hour days are no joke.  The probiotics in an attempt to help my stomach sort its microbiome out after lockdown’s events probably left that garden a baron wasteland. 
Also have some clear protein, protein bars and protein shakes. I don’t rely on these, just always handy to have in the cupboard. I also think I need to be upping my cals slightly as there are some days (not purposefully), that I’ve eaten 1000 cals and thats big thumbs down. Protein bars are a good way to cram some cals in when I’m busy.
