Many individuals did not feel love and support from their family, whether it is happening currently, or in their childhood. Those who had to endure cruelty, abuse, trauma or harsh treatment from caregivers, family and the ones who had the responsibility of looking out for you.

.

I pray that all hearts can open to recognize love and support that is and was present. I did not always feel that my family understood me and supported me (part of the twin thing), so I experienced isolation growing up. It took a lot of personal work to recognize that the love was in fact there. It has made me stronger.

.

It has made me build in my creativity and imagination and the amount of love that I have to give in this incarnation on the planet. It has enabled me to love my alone time, that is sacred. It has enabled me to love myself and love the world. This is why I do what I do here, as well as life coach. We are all one on this planet and it’s time that we remember that.

What we experience is predetermined, in a sense, for our soul to grow. If you are experiencing pain now, just know that you are shedding this pain, which is making room for the greatest love, to take its place. You are so very loved and you are so very supported. ❤️ ~ v
