This is also an issue in the short term too bc I’m supposed to log my hours every week at work and every time I do it idk what to write bc I feel like I didn’t accomplish anything even though I’ve spent 50ish hours working
My toxic trait is that its physically impossible for me to remember all the work i ever put into anything and as soon as I accomplish something I get used to it & no longer consider it an accomplishment. Not only does this make me feel like shit but it also makes me tell people all the objectively hard things I’ve done were “easy” and “anyone could do it” which probably makes them feel like shit too 💀
