We're happy to inform that October was another great month for noCRM.io, during which we have worked a lot on improving our integrations with third party apps by boosting our presence on Zapier.com, the compact mode view of leads inside the system was notably reinforced, we did a strategic integration with PieSync... but that's not all!
We're also extremely excited to announce the arrival of Yanina Baglieri, Customer Success Manager LATAM, our latest addition to the team! Based in Buenos Aires, Yanina is in charge of our LATAM existing and potential new customers. It's the official arrival of noCRM.io in Latin America! 🙌🏼

New Zapier triggers available!
As mentioned earlier in October, we have released a new version of our Zapier integration and we’re darn excited about it! The new integration includes a host of new triggers and actions to automate even more workflows.
For those of you who have already created zaps with the previous version, don’t worry, they still work! We’ve just renamed them to add (Legacy) to the title.
So, what exactly is new? Well we have expanded our Webhooks from 7 to 12 to include triggers such as moving a lead from one step to another and manual triggering.

Sync contacts between noCRM.io and your favorite apps using PieSync
We’re happy to announce that painless cross-platform contacts sync is here thanks to our latest integration partner, PieSync.

Finding the best way to share information between various business apps such as Google Contacts, MailChimp, and noCRM.io, without losing or duplicating data everywhere is a constant struggle for most businesses, not to mention the amount of time lost in manually importing and exporting data.  
In order to support our users in ensuring no lead or client data is lost, we wanted to integrate with a powerful app specialized in providing seamless and reliable synchronization. The advanced sync engine powered by PieSync works in the background to sync contacts in real time so that data gaps between sales, marketing and customer service are removed.  
How does it work?  
Well, PieSync validates how information flows across by offering default and customized mapping of available fields in all the apps in its directory. For example, the First Name and Email fields in noCRM.io is automatically mapped against the First Name and Email fields found in MailChimp, and there's still room for customizing other fields. In other words, whether it’s a one-way or a two-way sync, PieSync ensures data is being pulled and pushed correctly by tracking every mapped field between the connected apps; If any changes occur in app A, PieSync will retrieve this new data, manipulate the data structure, and push the changes into app B.
Piesync also allows users to set the rules and conditions for the sync. If a contact in app A meets the fixed filter then it is synched with app B and the chosen action is executed.    
noCRM.io is designed to help salespeople close more deals and grow their sales pipeline by making sure no leads fall through the cracks; PieSync's smart contacts synchronization allows us to double down on that effort!

September was a month of big changes: 100% of all our customers are now officially using nocrm.io. The rebranding of our lead management software, which changed from You Don't Need a CRM! to nocrm.io was very successful, but we have to admit it was a lot of hard work.

New information in your Dashboard

Since the launching of nocrm.io, its Home page is Dashboard filled with useful information such as shortcuts towards the pages you use the most, statistics, pipeline data, activity feed... but there was key information missing to make it clearer and help our users become more efficient: the To-Do and Standby lists.
Our customers are very grateful that we added these widgets to the Dashboard, since it helps them get straight to business once they login to their accounts.

New filters added to help you locate information more rapidly
When you are working on your leads, it's important to be able to filter information. Inside nocrm.io, not only can you filter by status, by sales step, by tag, by date... but now also by lead owner or by lead creator. 
These filters are specially interesting for Admins, so that they can easily see how each member of their team is  working.
