My story

My name is Enrique. An older brother desperate to get custody of his younger sister (10 years now). My parents died a few months ago (due to covid-19), from that moment my world collapsed, and when things could not be worse, me and my sister (now orphan children) were separated. My in-law uncle, a pedophile, homophobic and racist (it disgusts me to call that despicable being “uncle”) legally claimed custody of my younger sister, and he obtained it.

I am ashamed to say that I live in a corrupt country, but I live here. “Justice” comes to a few “lucky” and by lucky I mean those who have money to go to the end, because while you fight for a pinch of justice you run out of resources if they are scarce, like me.

My family is lower-middle class, I worked and studied. Due to the death of my parents I had to leave school to just work and raise the precious money necessary to 1) survive in this world alone (pay for everything: housing, water, electricity, food, medicine, etc.), 2) pay a treatment because I suffer from a cervical hernia (which sometimes prevents me from working) and, most importantly, 3) saving to pay a good lawyer and fight for the custody of my sister.

Being suddenly in this world is just an inexplicable feeling. I believed, like any child, that I would have my parents forever… but I had to (as I could) try to move on, and try to make my plans concrete and get my sister back, which is the most important goal of my life now. I am currently working, I have 2 jobs (I had 3 jobs at one time, but because of my hernia I had to leave 1), but it is still not enough to save and pay for a good lawyer and get my sister back. This is where I need a lot of help.

And where is the family of my parents, uncles, cousins, grandparents? That is a very good question. Well, they are in their own homes, living a happy life. Our relatives were ashamed of our family and completely turned their backs on us because they had me: a gay son, who was sexually abused by this “uncle”. All these relatives believed my uncle’s testimony when this event happened: “that a 9-year-old boy seduced him” “it was an accident”. A shitty family (I can’t give so many details here, because I’ll use this information in family court, but I can tell you more in private if you want).

If it weren’t for my little sister long ago I would have left this world. I don’t want to be the typical “dramatic teenager” who talks about suicide, but when life hits you and then spits in your face the way out is really clear. But my little sister is everything to me now, and always will be. She is my source of resilience. My light. And I will fight with everything I have and what I don’t for her. You know? I can leave everything, even my life for my sister, but precisely for her I must live. That’s the thought that motivates me.

In a month I finally turn 18 !! And I’ll go to family court as soon as that happens. I have contacted some lawyers to find out how much a judicial process like this could cost, the rates are obviously per hour (between $ 80 and $ 400, it varies according to the lawyer’s experience), and on average the fixed fees are between $ 4,500 to $ 20,000, but several said my case did not appear to be a flat fee as it was complex and would be a “contested case” (means there is a dispute about how the custody of the child will be handled, one person has sole custody and refuses to cooperate or compromise, the case will proceed to a full court trial).

Anyway, during this time I have tried to meet certain requirements and have the optimal conditions to obtain custody of my sister. I’m on my way.

I comment on my whole situation here because as you can see I need a lot of help, I feel powerless, but I don’t want to give up. I do not want. I just want to see my sister happy and obviously she’s not happy with that bastard.

the blogger Mariana Ferrer was the “cafe de la musique’s” ambassador. it’s a luxurious beach club in Jurerê, Florianópolis (south of Brazil). Mariana accepted the job because it looked like a safe work environment. a short time ago Mariana had been invited to work at the place, her job was to advertise the place and gastronomy as well as being present in every event with her guests.

going straight to the point, on december 15th 2018 Mariana Ferrer was doped, raped and abandoned by her “friends” who accompanied her on the spot

the “friends” not only abandoned Mariana, but also agreed with the crime inside the place. all going to dinner with the rapist. all club ambassadors received a consumption card, through this and the footage of the victim’s phone comprove that Mariana only took a dose of gin and water. Mariana was totally unconscious and like a puppet, and just with a dose of gin, that would not be possible, she was doped so that she would not have consent and memories of the crime and the aggressor, staying being totally vulnerable. the crime scene is a reserved space in the beach club, whose access is totally restricted, including, there are recordings on the staircase where the criminal takes the doped victim to the restricted place, we can see that he holds her hand so that she doesn’t fall

in addition to the rape of vulnerable (art 217-a), Mariana’s underwear all was soiled with blood and and the aggressor’s sperm, she was a virgin until the rape happened.

Mariana sent several messages asking for help to the “friends” who went with her to the place, messages that were totally ignored.

with the witnesses’ evidence, the detective and police work, the confrontation of genetic material, DNA and testimony contradictions, the civil police accused the businessman André De Camargo Aranha for “rape of the vulnerable”.

the author of the crime proven by the authorities acts in football marketing and obviously denied the rape even with genetic confrontation and several other evidence indicating the opposite

the justice still wasn’t yet made and the rapist is still out there PROTECTED by his money and powerful connections.  he’s friends with famous people, his father is a lawyer forson of the biggest national television channel.

André, the rapist, was declared innocent. he’s rich and influent and she has been thought hell since that day.

BREAKING! The police just arrested Alvin Cole & Jacob Blake's family!!

Tonight, October 8th 2020, the parents of Jacob Blake and Alvin Cole were arrested by the Wauwatosa Police Department for PROTESTING THEIR CHILDREN BEING SHOT BY THE POLICE!

Tracy, Taleavia and Tristiana Cole have all been arrested, as well as Jacob Blake Sr., there are also others that have been swept up for protesting the decision not to charge Officer Joseph Mensah for the murder of Alvin Cole.  

The officers threatened to use a taser on those in the crowd and Tracy Cole has seemingly had her arm broken. They also hit her in the head. On the livestreams, she could be heard her telling them her head is bleeding and the cops say “well, that’s too bad.”

the first incident that sparked it off was in Hathras, a city in the state of Uttar Pradesh. a Dalit woman was gang raped almost two weeks ago but the case didn’t gain any major media coverage because it was, apparently, “normal”. she died a few days ago, and the Uttar Pradesh police cremated her body in the middle of the night at 2:40 AM without the consent of her family. they were locked inside their house and not allowed to see their daughter for one last time.

a minor was kidnapped and gang raped by three men in Madhya Pradesh a day after the young woman from Hathras died and was cremated without her family’s consent.

Bulandshahr, another city in Uttar Pradesh; a man raped a 14 year old girl. another example of blatant incompetence by the government.

these are the statistics of India presently. 87 rape cases are reported per day in Uttar Pradesh alone. PER DAY. that’s only the people who actually gathered up the courage to approach law enforcement, or what is left of it, anyway.

Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh. a young woman is drugged and gang raped, and loses her life. she is mutilated and left for dead. one day after what happened in Hathras. one day.

Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. an 8 year old girl is raped. this incident happens one day after Hathras. just one day.

here’s coverage from the BBC, if you are wary of domestic news agencies. i think CNN covered it, but other than that, i haven’t heard of any major international agencies that have talked about this yet.

this is crucial. this is critical. this is atrocious. this might not be the brand of aesthetic that you have on your blog, but please help the people of our country spread this news. let the utter incompetence and evidence tampering to save the accused on the part of the police and the government be highlighted. let everyone know that the people currently in power care nothing for women or for minorities until it sparks national outrage, and then, and only then, do they even consider breaking a silence on a topic they should have spoken out on and taken the strictest action possible against so long ago.

i will do my best to keep this updated, but it is so emotionally and mentally exhausting, waking up every day to horror after horror and knowing that the government is doing nothing to help, has never done anything to help.

please make sure this news reaches as many people as possible. please, speak up. please keep talking about this. don’t let them fade away as yet another statistic.

I am kee living in Philippines.

We're living in a very hard situation right now. We have no safe and comfortable home.

Including my grandpa who's living in his small house, he have his maintenance everyday.. a medicine called 'ROTACAP' for his problem of breathing and having problem with his lungs. 😥💔

And me and my family is living in a very broke house. We just live in our own just the 2 of us because my mom can't work now because of her age 😥 it's just me who's working for them, and I'm currently working in a fast food chain.
