Of course! Izuru may not be especially infatuated with all the ideals and theories presented with raising Pokémon, but of course he would have a strong team, since he's so good at everything.

Izuru would likely have two main focuses with his Pokémon, that being competency, or that they get the job done, and that they are interesting and unpredictable. Either he would keep them because they are strong and intimidating, like Metagross, or because they're unpredictable and exciting, like Clefable, or both! He also might like Pokémon that are a lot more "out there" in appearance - that just makes them more interesting!

He would probably love moves like Metronome because it uses another random move, which would be exciting and unpredictable.

Despite the fact he focuses on battling only when he has to, with all the Ultimates he has, Kamukura would know how to take care of his Pokémon and keep them in top shape. And while he might find type matchups interesting, mastering them so quickly as he does everything, he likely would keep a team that makes it much more unpredictable, and shake things up. After all, win or lose, at least it would be interesting!

Expect him to finish his opponents off quickly if they bore him, though.
