I've been slowly planning on rewriting the whole tokyo ghoul story because as much as I love the series I have...more then a few problems with it.

The retelling will probably be quite personalised and self indulgent but I think everyone will agree with my choice to add in late story chapters where Kaneki and a bunch of his friends finally get actual therapy.

Seriously as cute as it is that Kaneki is a father now he never once actually worked through his piles of trauma in a healthy way. Why is this glossed over????

Tokyo Ghoul re: is over, Hide stayed friends with Kaneki and as far as we know, he never confessed, in order to lighten things up and explore different ships…

The aim is to put more content out there that involves Hide that is not Hidekane and bond over other ships.

Focusing the love on Hide and expanding to ships we may have not considered before and or ships that where never in the spot light.

This, is your chance to give Hide the happy ever after he deserves with someone who reciprocates. Show the world why your other Hide ships are great.
