• stalked jeongguk repeatedly

• physically harmed other fans to get the best pictures of jeongguk she could get (both in korea and in the us)

• scammed people repeatedly by making them pay big price for content but never delivering it

• sexually harassed jeongguk in a way that made it sound like she wouldn’t be opposed to forcing herself onto him given the opportunity
