if you mean stuff like gender and sexuality then this is what i've got so far. i only included the characters who already appeared on this blog so there will be a part 2 someday in the future, probably

added back of the jacket

fixed some pixel mistakes

AZURE:

shifted her skintone so she has more of a cool undertone

made the boots partly pale blue cause all white looked a bit out of place

RUBY:

added heart-shaped holes in gloves cause i felt they were lacking something

fixed the size of the ref sheet to fit with the aspect ratio of these

i realized the 3 main characters of chapter 1a all have ponytails so i doodled them and tried to make them distinct enough from each other
