Study break

A/n : I only have stu(dying) and haikyuu boys on my mind so enjoy!

NISHINOYA YUU :

You've been withdrawing yourself in the school library, an attempt to focus on your upcoming exams

He has been looking for you all day and finally got the idea to ask one of your friends for your location

One admitted you were in the library but they didn't had time to say you were working that the libero was already sprinting toward you

He was so happy to finally find you that he forgot to use his indoor voice (if he even have one) and screamed your name, making you jump from your seat and earning some giggles as well as a stern scowl from the librarian

You tried to explain to him that you were desperately looking for some concentration

But he was already babbling enthusiastically about his day so you both got expelled from the library

Ready to apologize, he was stopped by your sigh, there was a smile on your lips "Its fine. I need a break anyways.

KUROO TETSURO :

You're both in uni and finals were approaching at a fast pace, menacing to crush you

Kuroo offered to study together to lessen the burden (study dates with him, my dream)

So you've been focusing on your computer screen for what seemed like an eternity and peeked from your screen to look at him (he's got reading glasses and that makes him cute, I don't make the rules)

He notices you but don't say anything, hiding his smile

You happen to yawn out of boredom and he perks up, looking for a way to tell you he wants to take a break

"Getting sleepy?" he teases you but loses his smirk as he see you sigh, seemingly frustrated

"Come on, let's take a break"

You happily oblige and you both go to the shared kitchen of your dorm, to drink some water and stretch, sitting without moving for an hour is truly hell

TSUKISHIMA KEI :

He agreed to help you out with maths as long as you helped him with English (he's not as bad as kageyama but he has some difficulties)

You joined him for lunchbreak and you were both eating, chatting about school and the problems he hoped to overcome in English

As he was talking about foreign geography, you suddenly remembered something you saw on YouTube

You eagerly put your half finished lunch away and wiped your hands on your napkin then got your phone out, looking through your history

"You'll be hungry later if you don't eat."

"I'll be fine. You have to watch this video, it explains clearly the geography of Great Britain"

He looked at the thumbnail and nodded

"Just send me the link and finish eating"

You smiled and made sure to immediately send him the link of the video then got back to your lunch, which he occasionally stole from

He found your half-hearted protests somewhat cute but he would go to hell before admitting out loud

Naptime

A/n : Petition to include mandatory nap/rest time in uni, pretty please.

KUROO TETSURO :

Always happen in the middle of study sessions somehow

He's so focused on the material, quielty humming while twirling his pen around his fingers

You'd steal occasional glances because he's so cute with his reading glasses

And then you blink and suddenly its 4 pm and there's a blanket covering you

As you're waking up, mouth dry and brain foggy, he's smiling, finding you adorable.

"Was it a good nap, kitten? How about some cuddles once you're done reading that page, mmh?"

GOSHIKI TSUTOMU :

Happens on lunchbreak, you're in class and decide to rest your eyes a little instead of going to eat

This cutie, who was searching you to share lunch together, felt his heart melt at the sight of you, hiding your head on your crossed arms, showing a peaceful expression

He's trying to quietly sit down at the desk in front of you and somehow manages to not wake you up despite almost slipping twice

Internally torn between waking you up so you can eat or just watching you (he ends up watching you, a lovestruck smile on his lips, aww)

KONAGENAWA KANJI :

It only has been two minutes since you closed your eyes and this loud ray of sunshine barges in the room, shouting about the last video game that just came out

You let out a groan, turning around on the couch. Your headache was terrible, you just wanted to rest

He finally realized what was wrong and kneeled in front of the couch, apologizing for 5 minutes straight

You sigh and stretch your arm to put your hand on his mouth, glaring at him

"I love you but please.. Shut up."

A muffled apology came out of his mouth, which made out sigh again and turn around

Suddenly, he picks you up and brings you to the bedroom, laying you down on the bed.

Confused as to why he was acting like that, you ask him "What are you doing?"

"Sssh, it's naptime now"

He's so serious about this that you smile and snuggled into his arms, already feeling your pain going away

Genderswap time

Oikawa Tooru :

Starting off strong with this one

She'd be really pretty

She would have one of those 16 steps koorean skincare routines every morning and every nights

She knows what's good for the skin and what's not

Still into volleyball obviously and she always ties her long wavy hair into a cute ponytail, with a little bow on it

Terushima Yuji :

Still sexy as hell, the tongue's piercing is still here and she has one cut in her eyebrows for additional sexyness

Athletic sportwear, always

Hair is cut short, one side of her head is shaved

Doesn't wear makeup and prefers to hang out with guys

Yukie Shirofoku :

Pulls out the reverse uno card

He'd be chill and always down for food

He'd give you puppy eyes for you to share your food

Listens to music and takes naps in class

Gets decent grades somehow

How their study sessions goes :

Futakuchi Kenji :

If he's alone in his room, he'd probably get into it easily, focusing without an issue and doing everything that needs to get done

However, the second that you decide to do a study date (you thought it would be a good idea), this man will do anything he could think of to distract you

If he sees that you're struggling with something, he takes it seriously and helps you if he can

He might be a problem child but he does care a lot

Konoha Akinori :

Competitive as he is, he'd throw on a challenge to himself "If I study until 6 pm, I get to go outside"

He likes to have a study buddy so I know they organize lots of study sessions with the whole Fukurodani Team and he'd challenge Bokuto to stay focused for a whole 30 minutes (always ends in a pajama party lmao)

With you, he'd be attentive to how you like to study. If you need to listen to music, that's fine with him and if you want to chat from time to time, he's down for that too

Very adaptable

Iwaizumi Hajime :

By himself, he gets into studying easily

He likes silence and got into the habit of wearing earplugs (Oikawa likes to ramble about anything while he's studying and it makes Hajime loose focus)

Oikawa, Mattsun and Makki often invade his house for impromptu study sessions and you'd think it would end up in gossips but actually these boys are quite studious

With his s/o, he'd help with any problem they might encounter and praises them when they're done. If the study session happens in his bedroom, the reward is cuddles (oh to fall asleep in those muscular arms)

Kageyama Tobio :

It takes him a moment to realize it but the second he process the fact that you're wearing his clothes, a wide blush would cover his cheeks, all the way up to his ears

If you ask him if he likes it, he becomes a stuttering mess but he nods very eagerly

Would purposely leave his clothes for you to steal

If you're cold at one of his games, he'd wordlessly cover your shoulders with his jacket and goes back to the team, a satisfied smile on his lips

Inuoka So :

Same as Kageyama, it would take him a while to realize it

He'd even ask you if you forgot your own clothes

When he finally gets it, he gets so excited about it

Would try to sneak around and take a picture of you in secret but he's not really discreet

Swears that it's only for him, like a little treasure and finally hugs you tight, tells you how cute you look

Akane Yamamoto :

Do you actually want to kill him ?

Oh boy, he already swoons for any outfit you're wearing (yes, even the two day old baggy jogging) so he would simply pass out if you're coming out of the bathroom with only one of his t-shirts on you

Doesn't dare to touch you at first, he's wondering if he's dreaming

He loves it, thank you very much, it's the best day of his life

What do they think about fanfiction ?

Akaashi Keiji :

Yes he read In Another Life

No don't ask him anything about that

Don't show it to Bokuto

He's heartbroken and only reads fluff and sometimes goes through the hurt/comfort tag of AO3

Sugawara Koushi :

He finds the kinkiest, most outrageous fics ever and read them with a straight face

Reads any kind of genres, but likes to go back to the ones he favorited, because they're good

Leaves kudos and likes but doesn't comment

Kunimi Akira :

He finds the worst stories on Wattpad (you know the ones with bad grammar, cringe self insert..) and posts snippets on twitter, just for the laughs

He likes the modern AU's, it's often well written and gives a different perspective from what canon offers

He straight up refused the last season of AOT and only reads the modern AU's fics
