This summer I stopped staring at my laptop all day, and got in nature.

I moved to beautiful Kelowna, BC Canada. I spent my days on the beach and slept in the woods. Most often, when we went down to the beach I left my phone in the car. I also turned my phone off at night when I slept. Well, the unattractive and exhausting redness that used to surround my eyes disappeared within about a week of being in Kelowna. Excessive electronic use is bad for your health.

What are you committed to? Meet Preston Smiles. I just discovered him yesterday, but he may be my new favourite YouTuber. It's about to be very obvious why.

With less than only 4,000 subscribers, he is certainly a rising star. This is the kind of person that millions of children across the world need to be paying attention to. The lovers of the world, who are using their talents to spread their ideas, love and inspiration . These are the kind of people who deserve and need to become household names. The people that we should allow to brainwash us with their love and inspiration every day.

We are all being brainwashed by the content we consume. Choose to be brainwashed by the content that inspires you to be a better person.
