even if my assumption that you would enter the void state instantly manifested, it would only reflect in my 3d, while your 3D, with your current assumption, wonât reflect the same. Why?

hey, i nearly got into the void like 5 minutes ago but when i started feeling symptoms, i also started feeling like i needed to breathe/couldn't breathe. but when i took a breath, i started losing the symptoms. do you have any tips on how to deal with this?
i suggest you ignore the symptoms, hear me out, symptoms just mean that you are close, you should focus on affirming that you are in the void or distract yourself from the physical sensationsâĄ

Just here to show one method that you may like
Just a reminder that you DON'T need methods to shift, but some people may like to use them, and others may find it helpful, but you don't need them to shift!!!
The VOID STATE method
I recommend, before starting, a meditation (5-15 minutes is good) to calm down, and to let you mind empty
1. Get into a comfortable position
(sitting, laid, stand, whatever makes you happy)
2. With your eyes closed, take deep breaths
- In this part you can do other things actually, you can start counting, repeating affirmations like:
"I'm in the void state" "I'm not attached to any reality" etc
You can do basic math accounts (1+1, 1+2), till you feel like you're floating/numb & in the void state
3. Then you start affirming
Ex: "I'm in my DR/WR (waiting room)"
or things of your DR/WR
Ex: "I'm (Your DR name)"
4.1 - You can do it till you fall asleep
4.2 - You can do it till you feel your surrounding changing

Some advices for the confusedâĄ
when I first came into the LOA/shifting communities on tiktok and reddit,
I was so saturated with loads of informations and misinformations, I spent days reading posts without even having a proper attempt. So if you want to avoid wasting time(time is not real, but yk), I have some advices for u:
- Just go for it, affirm and persist on your assumptions. Donât wonder if youâre doing it wrong.
- You will shift/manifest successfully in the end, it is inevitable.
- Shifting doesnât feel like anything, so donât rely too much on symptoms and stress out when you didnât feel anything.
- Going with the flow is helpful for people who finds methods complicated or think that you canât shift if you didnât do a step right. Just do what feels right/good at the moment.
- Falling asleep does not hinder your attempt, just affirm that you will wake up in the void state/DR instantly.
-Ignoring the 3D+mental diet is key. The 3D is not real, live in the 4D fully. If you go looking for signs in the 3D then youâre not living in the end.

How I used desperation as the final pushâĄ
I remember the time when I was at my lowest, I started doubting the LOA and shifting, wondering if it was just some big inside jokes that people committed to.
I felt so lost. I didnât know what to do anymore. I was wiping tears off my face while staring at myself in the mirror: nothing has changed, I looked like the âoldâ me, I havenât had my SP yet, my life is a messâŠ
I told myself, Iâve got nothing to lose, if all it takes is me being âdelusionalâ(this is what I thought the concept of living in the end/4D was), I will be it. I affirmed and affirmed, little by little so that I could improve my mindset and mental health. When I feel confident and prioritized myself, I know Iâm ready, to be the person that I wanted to be. I didnât feel like visualizing/scripting so I only affirmed daily. At one point I didnât feel like wanting my desires anymore, because I know I have it. This is how I personally manifest things. You can do anything to manifest. But please know that you are God, so love yourself, prioritize the mighty being that you are. Once you have the mindset, the 3D have to confirm.

I came to the LOA journey in 2019 because I wanted to manifest a boy(the same sp that iâm dating nowđ©·). I was going crazy for him and even did love spell but in the end i was wavering too much and kept second guessing my own choice so i gave up after some time.
(time skip to 2024)
Now iâm sleeping next to him and it was all worth it!!!
