Prep Notes for Magazine.

When I started doing a writing task I was thinking about doing something which relates to my interests in pop culture, movies. However there were other interests I had and I wasn't sure of which one to go for. Then a week later I was in a group meeting while the others and I were sharing our topics of what we want to do for our dissertation. I told them of what I wanted to do for project and the problems that I was having so they gave encouraged me to do horror films. They asked me what editorial design I should make so I can have my written work published. The choices were a zine or magazine. I do not know much about zines but mostly magazines. It will have to be a magazine. Afterwards I listed down of which movies to watch so I can write a review about them, even do some research on how to write a movie review of how they were made for its time, who were the actors directors and producers.

Even interview people with were fans of horror movies, especially actors. I listed down the people of who I wanted to interview with so I chose eight people. Six of my class peers, my former secondary school teacher, Damian and my lecturer assistant who used to be an actor for his time, mostly for stage work on theatre but it has starred in underrated films and tv shows, Matt.

Throughout my research on tips to survive a horror film I found a website which presents a list on how to survive a horror film, also noticed there were some instructions that looked familiar and they happened to be from the famous; and underated horror movies we watched. So I thought this could be my reference for the introduction of my chapter.
