Like what does she do?

Is she like the cause of all death? Or is she like a grim reaper? Is she every possible death manifested into being? Or is she a fraud that ain’t do nothing but claim to be death?

It's difficult to explain but she's the embodiment of death.

In a way the god of death and ig you could consider her the grim reaper.

She is responsible for taking the souls of those who's time is up and ensuring they can be reborn via her sister.
