Found a few people wondering whether it's true that Keilusa and Kishiar are half-brothers, and at first I was like, "Oh, that info's in ch.11." But then I was like, "I should double-check and make sure."

So I checked ch.11 on Ridibooks and found the sentence half where the relation is stated: 기껏해야 키시아르 라 오르와 하나뿐인 동복형제 사이였다는 것, 죽기 전 병을 얻어 신하들 앞에서조차 모습을 제대로 드러내지 않은 날이 몇 년이나 되었었다는 것, 죽은 뒤 황위를 물려받은 태자가 친자가 아닌 양자 출신이었다는 것 정도였다.

It's this specific word: 동복형제. This specific word for "half-brother" is used when a pair of brothers have the same mother. After that I found conflicting information that stated "same mother, different fathers" or "same mother, so presumed same father, this actually means 'full brothers' ha ha."

So I'm deferring to those who know Korean better than a machine.

i keep thinking of the 1st tl commander inauguration scene where kishi read fear on 1st tl kishi's face. like 1st tl kishi at that time had tried his best to salvage his shitty circunstances, trying to protect yuder and the people around him the best he could. yet as yuder stood, crowned as the new commander, he was afraid. he was afraid of a future he can easily foresee of yuder from the arrangements his own hands had crafted. even though he did his best, his best was not at all the ideal. even though he had chosen the lesser evil, it was still an evil he had chosen. i think it was that kinda moment at that time and i cant stop thinking abt it i love the absolute mess 1st tl kishiyu was

I love that the board/strategy game analogy stuck around throughout the novel instead of just being like. a one off thing.

Anyway, the staff was a motherfucker to draw, since the only (good) reference I had was how it was described in the novel, and the small bit of it you can see on the novel cover. The way it was drawn in the manhwa was abysmal, honestly. I've got many gripes with it.

The lighting is... well, it's there. I was on a bit of a time crunch, since I go out of town soon, and I knew if I didn't finish this now, it was never gonna be completed

with any matter involving his 2nd gender being a statistical nightmare, i wonder where yuder gets all this “i won’t get pregnant” confidence from.

he believes in being normal on this specific aspect so much for someone who is well versed in every other awakener’s body but his own.

chances are, when you and your body have repeatedly been classified as an anomaly because you’re Literally built different, you wouldn’t say “oh but for this specific thing i must probably fit in.” despite having literally no basis for that because even in his time as yudrein him being singled out due to 2nd gender was something nobody understood.
