I want to preface this by saying that my blog is not really meant to be a space full of drama. I really don't intend to use it this way much if at all beyond this point and the only reason I'm doing it NOW is because I feel like it's not really being seen on a platform like Twitter where everything is so heavily filtered. Unfortunately, because I haven't got a big follower count over there, my original report on the matter wasn't really seen by anyone unless I went out of my way to post it in public spaces, which I didn't do as a way of respecting the rules of the groups I hang out in. But now that I have my own personal space here where I can post whatever I need to and not get filtered, I'm going to give a rundown here of what's going on, as well as link to the original tweets holding this evidence. Now, ShimmeringNIgh1(Or Sam as he goes by on most platforms.) is someone who I've had to deal with for years and I was actually his friend at some point as well. At least, before I figured out from another former friend of his that he'd been caught MULTIPLE times roleplaying and getting smut with minors within pokemon spaces. One minor hailing from "Sam's Bedroom"(A discord server centered around the "Oversexxed Eeveelutions" comic.) while the other was actually from a Zoroark focused server called "The Zoroark Den"(A server with an average age range of 14-16 while Sam would have been 20 at the time.) I will not disclose who the victims are because they're not the focal point of this post, but I did get this recording of someone confronting him and having him admit to everything while blaming the victims for the smut he commissioned with them. https://x.com/Yukinarii_/status/1789789124703944967/video/1 Now you would think that this evidence alone would be enough to nail this guy, but unfortunately he's being actively protected by someone else in the pokemon community known by BattleFennec. A self proclaimed "Problem solver" who only really solves the problems of people they like personally. Battlefennec is unreliable as they have a history of canceling CERTAIN diddlers they dislike for grooming, but then defending people like Sam who have more clout in the community. So this is honestly my only choice right now. I'm really just tired of having this disgusting guy basically celebrated in different circles despite what he did simply because he's got a popular character and people want to farm interactions off if it.
