Hi I have oc questions for you :3 im really obsessed with the comic of Trixie and Angel that you posted on your oc sideblog & I wanna know more about them!!

What's Trixie's deal? Why do they wear a mask? What's their relationship to Angel?

What's Angel's job? It seems like they're some sort of celebrity... how do they feel about that? How'd they meet Trixie? Who's Angel's fiance and why don't they want Trixie to be around?

first up: do not apologise TYSM for giving me an oppotunity to talk abt them!!!! And thankyou so much for enjoying that comic aswell

First answer: To give an in character answer; Trixy is an amnesiac, and only remembers slight portions of some sort of testing facility that they escaped from (giving them intense burns). It remembered that Angel was somehow related to that and became slightly obsessed with her. Why it wears a mask? Kind of for fun. Also; due to its disfigurement that restricts certain facial movements, Im sure the mask acts as some sort of expression for it.

Second answer: I ought to post angels reference sheet on here because its got a more indepth story on her rise to fame, but yes! She is a pop star/celebrity. I often compare her in my mind to someone like taylor swift or the like. Angel upholds appearances quite well but she is split on celebrity life. She mostly hates it, especially what she has to wear, but she also craves the attention, and frames a lot of her worth based off it. Her popularity has also been of great benefit to, her father, right wing running Prime Minister Farran Vicar. Publically, shes endorsed him. Privately she would say she "doesnt care about politics" but does agree with (and enact) her fathers plan on "cleaning up deviancy on the streets".

Third answer: I havent exactly defined in my mind how they met, but im sure that trixy probably stalked/harrassed Angel at the start of her career with some sort of..."mistake" she had made and just ended up being more present in angels life than anyone else. Angels fiance is the son of a very wealthy man, and their marriage could very well be the key to her fathers success as prime minister. This marriage is of course, coerced, and she must adhere to what her fiance and father want in most cases. She is cheating on him. With Trixy. He doesnt know the full extent of this but does very much does not like a creepy weirdo hopping into their apartment.

Fourth answer (but just answering the relationship aspect): Trixy is Angels closest confidant (I wouldnt call them friends) narratively i would say that trixy is angels foil, as it unpicks every lie that angel puts forth and really gets under her skin. Angel, depending on her mood, either hates it, or loves it for this and their relationship has tumbled into a very toxic friends(?) With benefits situation. Neither of them like that that much. In her better times, I think angel would see more in trixy than others would, and trixy really does ground her (shes got a bit of a soft spot). But shes usually very snippy and pretentious so they mostly bicker.
