Hey guys this is my first time ever writing a fanfic so don’t judge //:0 

Chapter 1:: the new boy at the rink

It was a day like any other at the rink. I just came off the ice and went into the change rooms. As I took off my skates I heard the other skaters talking about a foreign skater coming to our rink. I was curious about the subject but I didn’t want to be nosy and butt into their conversation. So, like usual I packed up my skates and headed to the parking lot. On my way there I was stopped by coach Brian

" hey Bianca, I will be late to practise tomorrow"

" okay"

" also you’ll be meeting a new member of the Orser team"

" oh, okay … Well ummm, see you tommorow ! "

" okay bye, good practise by the way!" He yelled as he walked away.

( hmmm a new skater? Must be the one everyones talking about in the change room…) I thought to myself as I finally made it to the parking lot.

I had a hard time sleeping that night , wondering about the boy who I would be meeting the next day. The curiosity filled my head with thoughts until my exhaustion caught me.

( next day ) I was practicing parts of foot work in my short program when I was called over by Brian. As I came off the ice I noticed a slim , Japanese boy standing next to him. " must be the new foreign skater" I thought to myself " I wonder if he is good ?, he looks familiar...." . " this is my newest skater : Yuzuru Hanyu , he came from Japan and will training here with us." Brian spoke to me, interrupting my thoughts. " Yuzuru Hanyu .... I know that name from somewhere , guess I will do some research at home" i thought to myself " hello , my name Yuzuru . Nice to meet you" yuzuru spoke to me with a shy smile. Although his English was a bit rough I was still able to understand him - even with the accent. " hi, my name is Bianca" I said in the most cheerful voice I could try , and returned him a smile of my own . " well, I'm sure you guys will become great friends now let's get back to work!" Coach said to us as he brought Yuzuru along with him to introduce him to the others. Before yuzuru followed him he game me a quick wave , and went along , " what a character ..." I said to myself before erasing all thoughts and focusing on my skating. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////// I was in my room on my laptop at 11pm searching for info about the new skater. " I know I've heard his name before ..." I mumbled to myself . I couldn't bear the curiosity any longer so I decided to google him. "Yuzuru Hanyu.......yuzuru hanyu........ Oh! Here his!" I exclaimed excitedly, finally finding some info on my new team mate. " Yuzuru hanyu - Japanese skater. Decided to make life changing decision and move to Toronto, Canada and train with coach Brian Orser. He has placed for in the Grand Prix and got bronze in worlds before his move to Canada" " so I must have seen him on tv while I was watching the worlds or the Grand Prix.... Hmmm interesting " " I can't wait to see him skate" I thought to myself, anticipating for tomorrow, then drifting off to sleep.
