Yakima Campus- Yakima Valley Community College Playmasters will host Award-Winning Playwright Sam Shepard’s Buried Child. Performances will be held November 29-30 and December 1 at 7:30pm and December 2 at 2:00pm in Kendall Hall Auditorium.
. Tickets are $10 general admission and $7 for students and can be purchased in advance at the YVCC Bookstore or at the box office the night of the performance. Doors open thirty minutes prior to the start of the performance. Buried Child is one of Shepard’s darker pieces but still has comic overtones. The play takes place on a remote farm in the Midwest and is the story of a young man who returns home only to discover that no one knows who he is. Cast members include Christian Berghoff, Mason Clark, Renae Haringa, Luke Johnston, Brady Fisher, Ray Hancock, and Rody Rodich. Adult language and situations.
