“Oh, haha. I’d appreciate it. I’ve got-” He pulled out the contents of his pockets. “A ten, and-whoever Big Booty Judy is. Huh, I don’t remember any girl giving me her number. Anyways, it’s yours.” He frowned at the question about the drugs. “No. I don’t do that stuff. Ruins your life. It also makes you lose weight and I’m trying to bulk up some more.”

Only seeing the male on campus every so often and – was that is? Maybe speaking to him a handful of times, she really couldn’t remember at this time. She chuckled at his words, pushing away from the older male. Waiting until she regained her balance before she made her way over to him, even if it was just a few steps she quickly shook her head. “I’m not going to sleep with him,” She said while rolling her eyes, and said it louder than she probably should have. “I don’t just sleep with random guys… or girls in bars.” 

Zachary eyed the older male, in case her words made him do something stupid. “Well, that’s a good rule to have. Plus bars are really dirty so you wouldn’t want to have sex in them anyways.” He chuckled, turning to the bar to get them some waters. “Did you have a bad day? Or week? I’ve been in college long enough to know the ‘I hate college’ night at the bar. Had a few myself sophomore year.”

“There’s so many couples around campus. I’m literally disgusted. Are they not aware most people don’t marry the person they met in college? You’re not living the greatest love story ever, chill the fuck out.”

“That’s high school. There is a higher percentage of couples that marry who met in college. I’m in a relationship and I might marry her. But we’re also not all over social media with it. Maybe stay off the campus snap story.”

Standing in the middle of the courtyard, Josie froze as she heard a noise up ahead. She stepped forward tentatively, holding the flashlight from her phone up so she could see. “Who’s there?” she whispered, having not expected anyone to be out so late.

Zachary was too into his phone to notice anyone around him. It wasn’t until he heard a voice whispering that he finally looked up, seeing someone shining a light into his general area. “You know, whispering doesn’t exactly tell anyone that you’re approaching. Unless your goal was to scare them. But I think the light gives you away.”

“Next round on me!” Cori screamed out as she giggled into the glass she held up to her lips. She had no idea what she was saying at this point but she couldn’t back out. Cori had been at the bar for a few hours just drinking, getting things out of her head, forgetting about what had happened over the past couple of weeks and just wanting to live – well to get numb. Finishing her drink in one chug, she slammed it down on the bar, “Whoo!” She shook her head, giggling and brought her hands up to give a high five to an older male across from her, stumbling and having the male wrapping his arm around her waist. She giggled some more, leaning into him. She was way too drunk to be there, but she needed something, she needed to not be herself. 

Zachary had entered the bar an hour before, ready to get to work on a topic very dear to him: the consumption of breadsticks. Not just any breadsticks, however. These were more like pepperoni rolls. Basically pizza rolled into a breadstick shape. Zach had consumed his fill, plus a minimum of two beers and three shots, and he was about to head out when Cori caught his eye. He didn’t know the girl well, but clearly she was going through some things if she was willing to cut so loose. “Maybe get some water, before you have anything to regret in the future.” He piped up, eyeing the male.

“Is that a Frozen reference? Are you going to sing let it go next?” Hans kicked the door to the bedroom open and carried his friend inside. “Can you get your clothes off or do you want me to do it?”

“No.” He chuckled softly. “Yes.” He whispered under his breath. “I can do it. I think.”

“No, that something’s ‘the bomb’.” He used air quotes and a lowered voice. “It’s like taboo I think.”

Hans chuckled, his smile widening at the other’s words.  "You’d still have your eyes and they make you the most beautiful man I have ever seen.“ He pointed out, gazing deep into Zach’s eyes as he spoke. His cheeks turned to crimson and his heart pounded in his chest, hand moving to cup the vp’s face “I wish we could be something.” He averted his gaze, feeling on the spotlight after the question. "No, I’m not.” He lied in a whisper “I know you don’t like me the same way I like you and that’s okay. I’m just happy I get to have you in my life.” 

“Aw, you’re gonna make me blush.” He moved his arm, pulling Hans closer to him. “I’m happy you’re in my life too. Who would have thought we’d be friends? We’re opposite in lots of ways, but I guess opposites attract, right?” He gave the other male a smile, a small yawn escaping his lips. “It’s been a long day. Sleepytime?”

“I am, Greek Row. Hey, aren’t you Hector? It’s me, Zachary. I don’t think we’ve ever actually talked outside of Greek events.”

“I don’t know. You’re in a car, you’re outside the bar. You...drive really far? Own a star? Eat at El Mar? Are secretly a Russian czar? Ok I’m done.”

“Do I look like an Uber person, ey? I don’t even have a car, Zach attack. How much exactly did you have to drink? You better not pass out on me because there’s no way I could carry you.”

“I won’t pass out Prince Hans. Now carry me to my chambers. I’m tired.”
