Highschool had been a sore time in Nico's life. School was pointless, home was a nightmare, and his family.. well, at least he still had Levi. Before he realized it, he'd gotten himself stuck in the motions, and now it's been years since he graduated.

So when he opens the door, the last person he expects to see is Jennifer. They’d had such a messy song and dance playing on repeat for years. The truth, was the last time they broke it off, he thought it was the last time. He hasn't seen or heard from her since.

Things got tough and he’d be left wondering where she ran, when things got hard between them. Sometimes he was the one who ran. They had been each others safety, and the first person they'd run away from. It seemed like for whatever reason, they just couldn't ever get on the same track. Before his mouth could catch up with his mind, her words came out quiet.

There had been times when he'd wished for this. He spent sleepless nights waiting for her to text, or call, changing her mind. He could have reached out, too. It took a moment for her words to click, and suddenly he's 18 again. "What's wrong?" He questioned, opening the door wider and taking a step towards her.

im giving myself two weeks to finish what I can before it's time to actually move, so I don't know if I will get to stuff until then; I'm still very excited for the things we've all got going, I'm just very tired all the time. Thanks for sticking with me <3

I have an extra day off next week, and I genuinely think I’ll have everything I can do at my house done that I can do before being able to move stuff out, so that’s exciting.

I may be preparing too soon, by packing literally everything two months early but I just don’t wanna be bogged down with all of that while figuring out an apartment and work

BUT! Fingers crossed so I can get back to writing. I got a few things started in drafts today, but I miss my queue
