Hi! I was a little disappointed with the buy items in the For Rent EP since I thought they could have maybe made a little bit more items, so uh, here are some edits to them!

Fun Fact! "Muwebles/Muebles" is Spanish/Cebuano/Tagalog for furniture, and so I called this admittedly pretty large set as that since well... they're all furniture.

Hi! How are you?

I'm happy to share another set with you. This time not the ones from my "warehouse" but completely new items developed this year, from the beginning to the end.

And I'm not exaggerating, this is probably the easiest-to-use set I've ever created.

For this set, I took inspiration from some furniture that you can find in stores that sell cheap furniture with designs like Ikea. The idea is to give the starter households a nice BEGIN so price and stats were very important to avoid the feel that we are hacking the game.

There are 22 new items in this set.

You'll need vintage glamour to use the vanities.

All items use my last set of color schemes to mix and match with a lot of Maxis items.

Indonis Bathroom Pack

Heeeello guys! This is the last part of Indonis Collection, now for the Bathroom!

As per usual in Indonis Collection, the kick-start for this was For Rent addons, but I went on a different route this time. I wanted something more vintage-ish. So I came with this pack. It's a renovated bathroom with 22 new items in vintage style: penny tiles, lots of brass/gold accent, clawfoot tubs and some decor to make your sims bathroom as awesome as the rest of the house!

It's been a year since my last kitchen release, and I've poured my heart and soul into creating this one. because of the complexity and intricacy of kitchen sets, I took my time to perfect every detail. Inspired by my own home search, this kitchen is a reflection of the warmth and comfort I longed for.

Say goodbye to traditional counters and welcome a stunning table island, perfect for meal preparation and socializing. Sims can now engage with bar stools while whipping up their favorite dishes. The fireplace comes with wall slots, allowing you to showcase decor items that add character and charm.

The counters and cabinets have been thoughtfully designed with accent elements, offering a versatile look in 11 swatches of wood tones and pastel painted colors. I wanted this kitchen to fit seamlessly into any home, exuding rustic sophistication. To truly bring the heart of the home to life, I've added a plethora of clutters that breathe authenticity and fill the room with vibrancy.

Baysic Bathroom

You asked for it & now we delivered! Baysic Bathroom is an add-on set for the Baysic set by Felixandre & Harrie. This set of 28 items for the bathroom is the perfect addition to the original Baysic set and now takes the total of Baysic to a massive 119 items. If you haven’t done already you can get the first addition of the Baysic set HERE 

Highlights of the set include: The new matching tile walls & floor, one of the most frequently requested items; a new bathtub/shower combo, plus stacking toilet roll! Oh and a toilet, because not even EA could add in too many toilets right?!

Of course all the same matching wood tones & colour palette from previous sets, plus all brand new and original textures and meshes were created for this set, so no EA items were harmed in the making of this set 😋

99.9% of the items are Base Game compatible, however the freestanding shower requires the Discover University EP to be fully functional. If you don’t own that pack the item will still place in game, but be purely decorative.

You can find the majority of the items in the build/buy catalogue by searching BAYSIC, but as the set includes a wallpaper & floor you’ll need to hunt for those in the traditional way.
