the design evolution of Mannimarco is so funny to me. he has a completely different vibe and aesthetic in each game he appears in. in Daggerfall bro looks like a generic dark fantasy evil wizard
in Oblivion he looks like a joke.
in ESO they yassified him into looking like goth Thranduil
#i love Oblivion to death but they did Manni so fucking dirty in that game#Mannimarco literally ascends to godhood at the end of Daggerfall#the Necromancer's Moon that you can see in Oblivion literally *is* him#and then you see him at the end of the Mage's Guild questline and not only his design terrible + a victim of 4 voice actor syndrome#but his actual boss fight is terrible because they force him to waste all his magicka on the spell to bind you for the conversation#so he doesn't have any more juice to actually use magic against you for the fight#he has a bunch of powerful spells and summons in his spell list#but the paralysis spell he casts on you drains him of all his points#so he switches to his shitty little backup dagger &the literal God of Necromancy spends the whole fight trying to cut you w his little shiv#insane#haven't finished his ESO content cuz I just...don't like MMOs so I can't comment
