as you can see, im very particular about the colors i pick for things...

for lore reasons, Rot and things associated with it are now pink (they were previously orange)

however this means that the fizzy blast, which was previously pink but has nothing to do with Rot, has to be a different color

it's now red-orange to reflect the fact that it deals damage... this color has been used previously to represent the same thing....

in these damage indicators that appear whenever something takes damage. very consistent, right?

some other instances you may have noticed:

hp is always this shade of highlighter yellow-green

while star points are always lavender

areas where you can find random encounters are defined by this glitch effect-- if you see it then be careful walking around :)

this is what it looks like to enter a battle where you're stronger than the enemy...

usually, the player gets to go first, and the battle music is based on when enemy you're fighting... but here, it's all backwards! the enemy goes first, and the battle theme is yours!!!

whose battle theme is this?

its YOURS!!! you, the player, have your own battle theme! when you're in a non-boss battle and your team is stronger than all of the enemies, the regular battle music will be replaced with this... this is what the enemies are hearing as you fight them
