Hi! I was wondering about something, when will we get to know how cirrus had his first dream/simulation? all we know is that he dream about the bayverse mech a few time, like seriously. what the story?

Cirrus's raincloud verse comes from a Discord roleplay server! It's basically a multiverse concept where characters from different universes are all plucked from their worlds and brought into the same space to interact and be put through various games/trials. The exact nature of the place they're in hasn't been revealed yet, but one of the more scientific characters speculated it could be a simulation, and Cirrus finds that believable enough. And the host/DM said that when they return to their own universes they won't have the memories right away, but they'll slowly come back like in a dream. So that little meme art was based on that!

From post-simulation Cirrus's perspective, he'll just wake up on his ship one day with an odd sense of loss, even more lonely than usual, missing something he can't quite remember. He's used to loneliness, but this is different somehow, like an ending without any closure and not even memories to treasure. But then... he does start to remember, and the experience is much like waking up after dreams, enough that he assumes that's what's happening. But it feels so real, and the "dream" even contains the discussions about that world being a simulation—which is why he ends up thinking of it as being sort of both, dream/simulation (at least for the time being, as the memories return chronologically).

He'll spend a lot of time curled up on his berth, hugging a pillow, thinking about all the people he met, especially this particular individual who fascinated him so much.... and feeling comforted by the memories but also longing and sad, wanting to meet again.... He says a lot of goodbyes, as a traveler, but he wasn't ready to say goodbye to him yet.... but how can he possibly meet him again? He's from another universe... and he might not even be alive in the present, because the "simulation" had essentially revived him from an echo of his spark that was trapped in a sword.

So all he can do is bake him into a cookie because he misses him. 😔
