Who should i try and draw

so, I’m having some issues.  I’m on my  senior year of college.  I am so close to being able to graduate. But I owe $1,400.

The problem is that I might get booted from college if I can’t pay it when school starts. I’m worried up the A that I won’t be able to go this semester. The Financial Aid is hella late and I don’t want to drop out. 

Please, if anyone has any pennies, or ones to spare. Even if not, just spreading the word might help me out.
