 Peristaltic Pump Tube:

 Instrument Protection-Grounding Design:

HM-100 High-temperature Hygronom
Hygronom is also called moisture meter or dew-point meter , which is used to measure the humidity of flue gas emitted by pollution source. According to measured humidity, it converts wet gas concentration into dry gas concentration. In addition, it also can be used in industrial online humidity monitoring.
 HM-100 flue gas hygronom is equipped with an internal high-precision capacitance digital temperature & humidity sensor. The installation method adopts the in-situ immersion installation. It is a self-developed product, of which, the core component is from Switzerland. Put the sensor inside stack to get in touch with flue gas. The probe needs preheating to prevent gas from condensation, which will affect the measurement of moisture in the flue gas. After gas contacts with the measurement chip, the chip will change capacitance to measure flue gas concentration.

Continuous Emission Monitoring System

 This system adopts difference optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) analysis technology to measure SO2 and NOx; electrochemical to measure O2. And temperature, pressure, flow rate are respectively measured by pressure sensors and pitot micro differential pressure method. Laser scattering method is adopted to monitor dust and high temperature capacitance for humidity. Besides of SO2 and NOx, DOAS technology can also analyzer gases NH3, Cl2, H2S, O3 and etc. If system is extended with other analysis modules, it can also analyze and measure HF, HCl, CO, CO2 and so on at the same time.

EQMS VOCs Online Monitoring System
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCS) are carbon based compounds that pose a significant health hazard due to their toxicity. VOCs online monitoring system adopts PIO (photoionization detector ) for gas detection. The target gas is irradiated I bombarded by ultraviolet light produced by the ion lamp, and is ionized after absorbing enough uv energy. The concentration of the target gas can be detected by detecting the tiny current generated after the ionization of the gas.
 The system consists of sampling unit, condensing unit, zeroing unit, calibration unit, display unit, pressure alarm unit and analysis instrument. The sample gas enters into the PIO under the action of filtration and condensation of the suction pump. The detector transmits the processed concentration signal to the display unit, the end user, and the EPA platform. The user can set the auto zeroing and calibration period according to the actual situation. While the pressure alarm unit outputs a pressure alarm signal when the injection port of the analysis instrument is blocked, prompting the end user to clean the filter in time.
