Been a minute since we played a super low-key gig as a band. Always a good move to keep us grounded. Ended up running into my brother at the grocery store after the show. Took a long solo meditation walk. Got tipsy and watched New Girl.
I love this little life of mine. Like… in spite of my job. I feel more free than I ever have. I cry nearly every day because my body just cannot contain my joy and gratitude for this existence.
I hope I can find a way to share this feeling with everyone I meet.
