I hate toxic positivity. Being happy all the time or constantly seeing just the positives isn’t healthy. Preventing yourself to feel negativity isn’t healthy.

Nothing gets under my skin more than when people make it like it’s so easy to be positive and happy. Being happy, being positive, being optimistic takes work — hard work. You literally have to train your brain to see the positives of your situation(s). Which takes time and great effort. It’s not so easy to just snap out of a bad mood.

Stop telling me that I have it better than other people, so I shouldn’t feel down. Stop telling me, “You should just be happy.” as if just saying that automatically cures my sadness/negative emotions.

I am allowed to be sad. I am allowed to be angry. I allowed to cry. I am allowed time and space to figure out my emotions, life, and self. I will not put on a facade to make others feel comfortable, because that only hurts me. I want to be understood. I want to be heard.

Understand how I am feeling and why I am feeling this way. Hear what I am saying, feel what I am saying.

I want more people to understand that addressing someone else’s pain with empathy, warmth, and kindness is the “cure” — not being unconditionally positive.

The invention of paper drastically improved our communication experience. Alongside with writing, civilizations made books, letters and many more tools we use in modern communication. The printing press was invented. A typewriter is a mechanical or electromechanical machine for writing characters similar to those produced by printer's movable type. A magazine is a publication, usually a periodical publication, which is printed or electronically published Magazines are generally published on a regular basis. Newspaper is a serial publication containing news about current events, other informative articles about politics, sports, arts, and so on, and advertising. A film, also called a movie, motion picture, theatrical film, or photoplay, is a series of still images which, when shown on a screen, creates the illusion of moving images . Film is done to portray characters and stories. Radio is used by people to get updated and get connected with the current happenings by listening to the person speaking through the radio. A satellite is a useful channel for communication. It's a machine in the outer space which can transmit informations and messages further than any normal means of communication. A computer is a device that can be instructed to carry out an arbitrary set of arithmetic or logical operations automatically. Videotape is magnetic tape used for storing video and usually sound in addition. Video tapes are a form of visual storage information and can be usde to present previous data stored within it. The internet is a worldwide form of information transmitter and connects everyone in the world with the help of computers and other devices. Phones are both used in communicating by messaging and calling or through online with the help of the internet. A website is a collection of related web pages, including multimedia content, typically identified with a common domain name, and published on at least one web server. Social Media is the most commonly used and popular to the millenials as a form of communication. People would use cameras to communicate with distant people. Video call's are the same as calling but has the capacity to communicate with others visually.

In our world today, where technology has taken the trend worldwide, there are certain social issues that aroused as an effect. One of these is the bullying through the use of internet or what we knew as “Cyber-bullying”. Cyber-bullying has been rampant nowadays as technology has also evolved. It’s the act of bullying through the medium of internet. Posting embarrassing photos, exposing shady acts and humiliating someone’s reputation are some of the examples as the issue.

Many are involved in this issue. Victims tend to end their lives due to being embarrassed. This issue had been very rampant yet no actions are taken. This issue will lead to depression in a way that they are tired of being judged and humiliated by others. Do not make others feel bad just to make yourself feel good whereas it is an act that violates what we used to be as sensitive and caring beings. Involved in this issue happens to have family problems or improper childhood lives that results to being a bully. As individuals in our community, we need to respond vigilant of how things might go. Report any of these to avoid further victims to suffer and circumvent instances that involves cyber-bullying.

Cyber-bullying should be stop. This is one of the easiest thing to do but the result is hard to accept. So, as a human being we must respect and accept each other’s flaws and imperfections whether the condition is good or bad. It is good to apply good personalities than doing things that will harm others. We must always remember that if you do good actions it will reflect on yourself.

Discrimination In an Work Place

Disrimination means that judging a person by the cover of the book. And it al so means that the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people or things, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex. Also discrimination can change a person’s life just like if that person is good but the society or his/her classamtes judge he/she will become a violent person.

And the cause of discrimination is that a person will be humilated in public. Also an example of discrimination in an work place  employee or job applicant is treated unfavorably because of his or her race, skin color, national origin, gender, disability, religion, or age.

I therfore  conclude that discrimination must be stop because it can make a person’s life destroy. And their will be people that they don’t have self-confidence bacuse of the judgement in their society or school
