sat alone in a coffee shop and finished a book i tried reading feb. of last year, and i think that healed something in me🥹 it’s so beautifully written, i love it, it’s super short, and it’s written by one of my favorite authors too, i just didn’t have the time to sit down and finish it. my heart is so happyyyy now😭💓 i’m trying to embrace the 🍃✨🧚🩰💓🌷☀️ lyf and the belief that i’m not put on this earth to chase anything, and finally making the time to finish this book feels like a good start. i’m a lawyer and i’m not a shark and that’s okay. it doesn’t make me a bad lawyer, it simply makes me a person who wants other things too. i’m reaching for every fig that tempts me, even if I have to drop one halfway through because I want to taste everything life offers.

naiinis ako kase kapag may bibilin ka hindi mo naman kukunin yung bagay na di nagbabayad. pag magpapahospital ka, di naman pwedeng di ka magbayad. pag bibili kang kape syempre babayad ka muna. di lang dahil sa ganyan ang system, syempre ganyan kung in touch ka sa moral obligations mo bilang tao

SOBRANG YABANG. NA PATI SI JERREL NA WALANG NAKIKITANG MASAMANG TAO, NAINIS NA DIN. KUNG TIGNAN PAKO KANINA ANG SAMA. anyway, gcash daw niya. not a problem daw ang bayad pero gabi na now hanggang ngayon wala pa bayad. and it’s not like ako ang may kailangan sa kanya??? sya itong may kailangan sakin tapos pahirapan pa sa pagsingil? nakakadegrade maningil ulit ulit

celebrated our first anniversary yesterday. now we can at least say we’ve been together a year every time someone congratulates us for getting engaged and asks us how long we’ve been together. we can finally stop saying stuff like “a few months but if you know you know” 😂 still can’t believe i’m going to marry the best man i’ve ever met in my life
