I am constantly amazed at how many of the worst, cheapest, straight-to-video horror movies I've seen somehow manage to have Japanese releases.

So here with Exterminator City, a movie that is so close to having cult potential, but ends up feeling like a more elaborate Naked Horror, and it's Japanese release Machine of the Dead (マシーン・オブ・ザ・デッド)

Also, as you may have noticed, Japanese releases often have way cooler titles.

As a Star Trek fan, the asinine idea that Vulcans have no emotions is one of my biggest pet peeves. Especially since it mostly comes from people who want to pretend they're Star Trek fans because they heard that old Trek was based and new Trek is woke.

Them: Only TOS is real Star Trek

Me: *Attempts to engage them on literally any specific element of TOS*

To get rid of the Google AI Mode, use a good ad blocker that let's you define your own filters—like uBlock Origin

Right click on the button and select "Block element"

A panel should come up with the offending element highlighted in red.

Click "Create" and it's gone forever... well, until they move it.

This is also how you remove all of those annoying "AI assistant" buttons. If they weren't cowards these would all be on the filter list by default.

Okay not going to go into a lot of details, but I did attend a class on spanking underneath this obscenely elegant light fixture.

The room for the play party had the same—and additional fancy—fixtures, so there was a slight amusing feeling of "They did not intend this space for what we're doing here."
