just discovered you can format Text as Chat and spaces are mostly perserved.

doing ASCII art in text posts?

managed to style posts tagged asciiart on my blog using "{TagsAsClasses}" so that consecutive spaces aren't collapsed into a single space (spaces at the beginning of a line are still omitted unfortunately). I also tried to reduce the line-height just for my asciiart class but that didn't work.

PS: for whatever reason double dash -- turns into a solid line on my blog so i used &#8208; instead.
